    Angry Tikona Internet Provider Complaint

    Hi Sir,

    I have tikona internet connection and i have applied for WI-FI and I got that but its getting faulty after every month. I have logged the complaint for faulty WF-FI router on 27th Sept and i got call once from there side on 1st october that the guy will come in a day but after that no response yet also in current month they have charged me Rs. 75 for WI-FI router but it was not working for almost the whole month, so I guess I should be charged for that.
    This is the worse service i have seen in my life. I am complaining 2nd time on this forum for the same issue. I think Tikona Internet Service never takes there customers seriously and they just call for taking bill money that also after the due date so that they can extract more money from customer in face of late fees.

    Even the agents which comes to place for new connection explaination tells that "you will be getting WI-Fi free of cost to use if you use this XUNLTD1399 plan" but in bill tikona people charges you and says there wasnt any scheme.

    Hi,

    I was able to use the WIFI services with his own router but suddenly was unable to do so. When checked with the technical team he was told that WIFI is chargeable. Customer was irate as said that its his own router then why shud he pay the charges. Also he infm that the sales exec had given him commitment that the wifi will not be charged.

    Resolution: Nilesh has tried to take the technical team online but was unable to do so. Hence, he had escalated the matter to them. Also kept proper follow-up & called the cust back as promised to him. Customer is now able to login through his own Router.

    I have called so many time in Tikona call centre but none has understood my problem in such better way then him. This person has understand my problem and solved my problem with resolution .He is very genuine person. This person is working very good and doing his job smartly. Request you to appreciate him and promote him. This person has taken my follow-up and he gave me call back and solved my problem. He is very much dedicated to his work. Request you to tell HR to keep this person as Role model and recruit Agents.
