Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have recently brought a new Idea Netsetter connection No.: 8108600231 from Idea dealer CELLTONE, Mahim on 13th October 2011. My connections was activated on 13th Evening on payment of Rs. 2000/- & a promise that verification will be conducted on 14th or 15th October 2011. But till date no one turned up for the verification Hence my connection has been deactivated. On enquiry with dealer about disconnection, I have come to know that verification person have faced difficulties to find my residence.
One of Idea verification executive called from Idea No.: 7738166452 saying that he has reached to wrong place & finding difficulties in locating the address. When I tried to explain the address to which he refused to listen and said he will not do the verification as short address on Electricity Bill. He arrogantly challenged me to complain to his seniors saying “Do whatever you want but I will not do your verification”. And started arguing, using abusive languages. In fact he even refuse to listen to Dealer representative who tried to convey the facts.
I have made a complaint to Idea Business Head of our Mumbai circle Mr. Ali Battiwala & Roshan Suvarna in response of which Idea representative Mr. Shailesh have called up from 8108042160 asked me to keep all documents ready for verification. But no one turned up for verification. When I tried to contact Mr. Ali (9702004499) & Mr. Shailesh (8108042160), both are disconnecting call giving fake reason of being in meeting for entire day. As this has past over a week now and no one is responding.
I have realized that Idea has a pathetic customer service and no problem solving concerns.
You are requested get me my money back from such pathetic service provider.
