    Default Complaint against IndiaPlaza

    I had purchased a earphone from Indiaplaza site.
    They delivered to me a fake product with missing accessories also.
    So the product was returned to them and I asked for a replacement.
    Its been nearly one and a half months now. In between since the replacement took long time I asked them for a refund. Still they have not inititated my refund. They keep telling one excuse or the other.
    Online shopping sites like these should the banned.

    Default Problem with Refund

    As product was not working, so I had sent back "Airwick Automatic Room Spray\Freshner" to this address -
    Mercado Online Pvt Ltd Brigade Square, No:21, 2nd and 3rd Floor, Cambridge Road, Halasuru, Bangalore – 560008 Board Line No : 080-40619000 via DTDC - z46346879 on 3rd Oct which was delivered on Friday, 7th Oct 2011.

    Courier charges - Rs. 135 (PDF sent to authorization@indiaplaza.in)
    Return Form also sent to same email address as PDF.

    I have already got a refund of courier charges Rs. 135 in my account.
    Pls do the refund of Rs.279 (product price paid) and Voucher value - Rs. 100.

    My earliest Request no. - CNT003500483192182 has been pending since 11 oct with imcomplete response.

    The request has been pending for more than 3 weeks now. This is not best service.

    Please refund Rs. 279 and Rs. 100 to my account at the earliest.

    I have calld multple times, and customer care team always say - wait till end of day --

    Worst customer experience. Pathetic... Worst lot of ecommerce portals...

    Default no status update or refund

    money got deducted on 05 Nov 11. Last page said transaction failed. Complaint also lodged (CNT224638217210992) no respite still. Bad marketing.

    Product Reference. Enter USB Mini All In One Card Reader (E-MC10)
    order Date: 14-11-2011

    I had purchased a Enter USB Mini All In One Card Reader (E-MC10) from Indiaplaza site.
    They delivered to me a faulty/broken product,So the product was returned to them and I asked for a replacement.
    Its been nearly one months now. In between since the replacement took long time I asked them on phone so many times, i west almost 50 Rs in customer care phone, but they not give proper relpy, Still they have not send my replacement.
    Online shopping sites like these should the banned.

    Angry Indiaplaza a Bunch Of Cheaters

    I have recently purchased a vacuum flask order no. IN2910111164 But It was RTOed due to the insufficient address by the clerical staff of indiaplaza.. and now i have call them so many times more than 20 times on record.. every time they said it will be reshipped withing 4 working days but fucking indiaplaza not reshipping my product and not refunding my money..kindly tell me how can i lodged a complaint against them in consumer court.. my mail id is naved.siddiqui23@gmail.com..
    And i don't want any indiaplaza member should write here.. I don't need your advice did you understand indiaplaza...

    Default still not product receive

    i have placed order for pen drive 4gb on 8 nov 2011 by axis bank debit card.on the mobile i have receive the message your item will be made available by 15 th nov. they also sent me a mail on 8th nov about purchasing a product.
    after 15th i have submitted the query on their site about not receive the product.these are follows.
    CNT210332903213631,CNT1411110305,CNT1711110054,CNT 1711110216,CNT2011110028,CNT2111110051,CNT23111100 47,CNT2411110080,CNT2411110297.
    i have also mailed them and contacted customer care they said that it will be available within 15 days.
    then i have registered complain agaist then they inform me by mail that your problem will be resolve in 2 days.

    again 2 days gone but still not receive the product or its information.
    so do need ful and tell what can i do regarding this matter.what is the legal procedure.how to submit it.
