Airtel 3G - Billing Fraud Dear Sir,
I have been using Airtel 3G Rs.675/- plan till 14/09/2011. I called customer care from Seshadripuram Airtel Office around 7.30pm on 14/09/2011 to change my 3G plan from Rs.675/- to Zero Rental plan. But Airtel people changed my 3G plan from morning 10.45am on 14/09/2011. Because of this reason i have been charged Rs.0.10 per 10KB instead of Rs.0.02 per 100KB as per Rs.675/- plan on 14/09/2011. I called customer care so many times and they took a complaint also and they are not willing to reverse the bill and they are arguing changing 3G plans will take retrospective effect from the previous day i.e., 13/09/2011 midnight. Is this a correct way of billing, can you help in this.
