Reliance not provided connection, not returning money I contacted reliance for a new broadband connection in June, for that the sales man came to home and he collected the documents and 1499/-.. After that the technician from Reliance came and found out that the connection was not feasible there as there were no connection lines. I called up the sales guy and asked him to return me my money. I called Reliance AP Nodal Office several times for refund. They haven't given me a complaint number till now. Every time a new person in nodal officer picks up the call and I have to explain the problem again. I send three mails to Rcomnodalofficer.ap@relianceada.com and there is no response from them.

Beam telecom internet connection not provided Dear Sir,
I am annoyed customer of Beam Telecom, I applied for internet connection on November 1, 2011 and the executive came and collected money for 6 months package of Rs. 3,300/- on the same day and ensure connection with in 2 days. But connection not provided till date.
I called several times to customer care everytime they are telling that problem will be solved within 48 hours. I have waited for 528 hours but the other response i am not getting from them.
I even mailed to their information, support mail ids everytime only automated mail is coming that ticket is noted but no response to my mail from any of their executive.
From customer care they are not even providing the technician or executive or higher authority contact numbers or e-mail ids to highlight the issue for them. Simply saying that they dont have the contact numbers with them.
Please help me in this regards. what i have to do.
