Reliance NetConnect+ number: 9326551145, 9372351473
This is to bring to your notice the poor service and customer-harassment by Reliance NetConnect+.
I (Sahil Garg) and my associate (Shardool Gore) purchased Reliance NetConnect+ (post-paid) apiece.
At the tie of purchase, the dealer promised and assured me that we need to give Rs 1800 each and we will get 5GB data download at 3.1Mbps and thereafter at 144kbps every month (unlimited) under 3 months combo-plan. That means, we were supposed to pay Rs 1800 each as one time charges which will be valid for 3 months as per the plan.
Now, after 1 month of purchase, the connection was debarred and we called up Reliance Customer care only to be told that our plan is monthly plan and you need to pay the monthly bill. I called up Biswaranjan and Sohanali and enquired about the same and after repeated complaints to them they paid my first monthly bill and assured me that my plan will be shifted to 3 months combo-plan. Also, they confessed that it's a mistake on their end and will shift my plan to 3-months combo plan as was promised at the time of purchase.
After 20 days again our number was debarred and now they not paying any head to our complaints.
We were middle of our work and had so much trouble to perform our work. I missed my video conference and suffered losses in business. Who will make-up for that? We feel cheated and want that the concerned person be dealt accordingly by Reliance authorities and also seek reimbursement by Reliance Communication. Reliance should definitely do the needful to reimpose customer's faith in Reliance services. Seeking fast resolution!
