    This is to bring to your notice the poor service and customer-harassment by Reliance NetConnect+.

    Details:

    I (Sahil Garg) and my associate (Shardool Gore) purchased Reliance NetConnect+ (post-paid) apiece.
    At the tie of purchase, the dealer promised and assured me that we need to give Rs 1800 each and we will get 5GB data download at 3.1Mbps and thereafter at 144kbps every month (unlimited) under 3 months combo-plan. That means, we were supposed to pay Rs 1800 each as one time charges which will be valid for 3 months as per the plan.

    Now, after 1 month of purchase, the connection was debarred and we called up Reliance Customer care only to be told that our plan is monthly plan and you need to pay the monthly bill. I called up Biswaranjan and Sohanali and enquired about the same and after repeated complaints to them they paid my first monthly bill and assured me that my plan will be shifted to 3 months combo-plan. Also, they confessed that it's a mistake on their end and will shift my plan to 3-months combo plan as was promised at the time of purchase.
    After 20 days again our number was debarred and now they not paying any head to our complaints.
    We were middle of our work and had so much trouble to perform our work. I missed my video conference and suffered losses in business. Who will make-up for that? We feel cheated and want that the concerned person be dealt accordingly by Reliance authorities and also seek reimbursement by Reliance Communication. Reliance should definitely do the needful to reimpose customer's faith in Reliance services. Seeking fast resolution!

In fact, the word 'apology' for your lips sounds like heaping insults and hurling abuses on me. To my astonishment every time I've to narrate the entire story to every one. Don't you keep the log for interactions ?????

    Why the AV is negative ?? I've given all the required documents and have attended the physical and phone verifications. My simple request is to restore the connectivity with immed. effect and equitably compensate for the time lost over phone and chasing your deficient services.

    Sorry for taking your valued time. The key message that I wanted to give was that your Customer Support is absolutely insensitive and end of the day, is not bothered even if there is a loss of customer. Beyond a point, the so called support staff at Reliance themselves does not know what is to be done next and requires the support of we customers' sympathy.

    Sir, I trust that by ringing this mail at your level, you will make that difference otherwise honestly I'm thinking to get rid of data card if the services are so poor.

    Look forward to your intervention and support.

    Default Reliance customer care or customer torture?

    Hello,
    My name is Chandrasekaran.R and my reliance net connect number is 9380305683.I lost my medem but paid my dues in full on 28 September 2011 before the due date.I informed Reliance about the loss vide my service request number 162651576 dated 28 september 2011.In the request letter I also asked them to deactivate my connection as I feared misuse of my modem if it falls on wrong hands.They gave the number of my request as 162651576.

    My complaint is that they have not deactivated my account on 28 sep 2011 as requested by me but calling me to pay the bill pertaining to periods after 28 sep 2011 which is unfair.I hereby ask them to rectify the situation immediately.

    This is Praveen from Delhi city working in Gurgaon. I am using Reliance postpaid corporate netconnect+ connection (7428628155).
    I purchased corporate reliance connection almost a year back (around March/April 2011) from the reliance executive who visited my company , Ericsson, Gurgaon. Dongle (Huawei make) came with a 1 year warranty.

    In the initial 6 months the netconnect+ speed was very pathetic (~5-10 kbps) and was very less relative to promised speed (3.1 mbps).
    However after tracing reliance customer care ppl & writing many complaints for 2-3 months netconnect+ speed improved to 30-40 kbps.
    Now after completing 1 year, (warranty time finished), my dongle suddenly stopped working yesterday morning. My laptop was not even detecting Dongle. Then I checked with service center ppl in gurgaon sector 12 and got to know that my dongle is waste and can not be repaired.
    They told me that they can replace it with Rs 840+taxes. Why should i take a replacement when in market it is available for 1100 bucks?

    I cant understand that why reliance (SO BIG BRAND in INDIA) is making false promises to ppl like us and are charging customers.
    If corporate customers are sold services like this then how a normal customer is treated.
    Please can you help why my Huawei-reliance dongle stopped suddenly. What is the best way out pls?

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I bought Reliance netconnect+ data card (ZTE AC2737), MDN no: 9391823394 with three months advance rental service at the cost of Rs 2250/- from Mr Nageshwar Rao (mb: 9390812775) at Vizag on 26 May 12 giving all required proof of documents for residence and identity. The services were promptly activated after about and hour. However, speed was very slow for which i was intimated that my netconnect+ services were not activated. On 29 May 12, I left Vizag on my new appointment at Okha in Gujarat. On 30 May 12, netconnect+ services were activated. Unfortunately, okha port is not covered in Netconnect+ service area and therefore I got only limited speed that too only in Hybrid mode. This service too was stopped/ deactivated on 03 Jun 12 i.e. after three days of activation.

    Reliance Customer Care (1800 3000 5555) was called in to restore services to which I was told that my Residence Address in Vizag is not verified and therefore services are terminated and to activate same I need to visit nearest Reliance Web World and re-submit my address proof. Nearest Reliance Web world to Okha is approx 200 kms away from INS Dwarka in Jamnagar. I visited Reliance web world (Patalia Services, oppo Jolly Bunglow, Near Payal Travels, Summair Club Road, Jamnagar - 361001) on 07 Jun 12. However, Service Manager at that place refused to help me in any manner saying that I need to visit Reliance Web world at the place where I took Connection from i.e Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on the Eastern Coast.

    Obviously, I cannot go to Visakhapatnam just to re-submit my address documents. I am a Naval Officer and frequent postings are inherent feature of this esteemed service. Following points that merits your attention are placed at seriatm: -

    (a) It is understood that I have paid the service charges of Rs 2250/- to get Reliance netconnect+ data card services with three months advance rental in Vizag on 26 May 12. Same may be verified from Mr Vinod (9346112366) who is reliance technical head in Visakhapatnam.

    (b) When identity of the customer is known and he, in person visits reliance web world then where stands a doubt to stop services for which company has already taken money.

    (c) If at all, you cannot provide netconnect+ services to customer due to "xyz" reasons then you must refund the entire amount on receipt of supplied modem/ data card.

    In view of the above, request take necessary action at your end to either activate my services while extending free rental service for the duration services were discontinued or refund my entire amount (Rs 2250) while guiding me where to submit the data card.

    Worst reliance customer care service I have faced ever. I am running into payment for closed accounts. communicated in mails many times and also over the phone call.... I hate reliance service. I will share my reliance experiance with all my coleagues and friends.

    This is regarding Reliance Data Card, #9371860411

    I visited one your stores in Hyderabad, i.e. Madhapur. They have taken complaint on 16th April, #177362561. I paid all my outstanding about 1000+ Rupees and again gernated bill for the next month, I called to your tollfree number - talked to custmor executive - they said it got stopped for some reason - again raised compalint request #179251577 on 16th may, here I need to stress they didn't even communicate me through mail or phone how can i come to know it was in active mode.

    Customer guys said we can't do anything you need to Pay again 617 Rupeess. So, I visited to store and paid money and executive said you will be not getting anymore bills from our side as it is deactivated.

    Today, again I recieved bill. What kind of service is this -it is unbearable why should we pay without using the network. Please guide me what to take next step.
