    Thumbs down Reliance communications-Poor internet speed and Bad services



    This article is regarding reliance communications, which posts regular ads in media promising speed of 4mbps-30mbps. They are not worth of it. I got a wirelessbroad band data card believing(ADS in TV) that i would get a minimum speed of 512KBPS. But the case was a different one, i managed to get the speed of 512KBps hardly for three days. After then it was all speed in range of 100-112KBps. I lodged complaints repeatedly regarding the issue am facing, they failed to respond. Later the speed baddly slashed upto 56KBps. Is 899rs a month is just worth for a speed of 56KBps(with promised minimum speed of 512KBps). In a fast moving world like today, a slow internet connection is not acceptable.

    I was frustrated with the connection and raised the request to cut out the data card connection. They even failed to respond to that also,resulting in bill generation for two months(the data that i haven't used). I called upto officials that i wont be paying bills for which i haven't used, nobody turned up to listen. Now they have send me a legal note regarding bills. It's all a crap and bull shitt. The company doesn't gives a good service for the product we have purchased. They should be fired and bite the dust for the worst services they have given to consumers.

    I have been a customer of reliance datacard for over a year. The customer service is horrible. Most of their customer service reps don't know anything and don't care. The speed varies frequently even when you are not moving. I have had severe billing issues with them as well. Overall I do not recommend reliance data card.
