Thanks a lot for the mails...I was supposed to buy some goods from gift360...i've come to know about it from the leaflet supplied with my SBI credit card bill...but now i've changed my mind...thanks to all...

I think it is high time that something is done about this. It is so ridiculous that something like this exists. It fools the gullible customers. I am one and just regret that I stumbled on this site.

I am planning to do a chargeback on my credit card. All of whom who have been fooled by this site, please do this so that the merchant banks blacklist this company.

Also if somebody could direct us on how to register a complaint in the consumer court, it would be helpful

This is regarding the order placed with the company Gift360 , have been deceived by Gift 360. The ordered product was a 1. Reebok back pack bag. the received product was no more than a blatant deception .It was complete fake and of , poor quality and NOT a Reebok Bag as shown on the site .My order number was 00000302 ordered on 2010-03-17 .The fake reebok bag product was immediately sent back to the organization . And a refund requested. Till date..5 months down the line there was no response from them. They say drop in a mail to one..Mr Sandeep when done and nobody responds to the mail.. and if called and questioned they say it will be ' looked into '..nothing since past 5 months..nothing has come through.

Have on my part lodged a complaint with the consumer court on the fraud. And am working to take it to its logical legal end.the Service Credibility and products of this organization is completely fake.Dont ever buy from them.

For people who want to purse legal recourse - The consumer complaint helpline is - 1800114000. The complaint will be registered and the process is two time written intimation to the organisation to be sent . and if no response..the helpine will guide you on legal process of filing a case.Please..let not further people..be cheated..let not this fraud company

I have placed order for Sony Camera W 360 on 25 Aug 10 and paid Rs. 12790 by credit card. Even after repeated call item not recieved till 30 Sep 10 though it was told it is under despatch. When told tem that i am going to consumer court they said W 360 not available and we will sent W 320. Since money was not being refunded there was nochoice then to agree with their blackmail offer. W 320 costs Rs 10670 in gift 360 whereas in market it is available for Rs. 9800 with 4 GB memory card and pouch. I have yet to recieve memory card and pouch though i have recieved the cameraon 08 Oct 10 almost after 45 days of placing order though promises are made within 14 days supply. The balance amount is still with them and they are not refunding and insisting to choose any other item. I ordered for citizen watch but after 7 days when enquired it is not in store and i have no option then to choose another item AS MY BALANCE MONEY IS STRUCK WITH THEM.I have ben contacting sameer, ram, krishna, ragini, rahul and many others at their CC but either phone is disconnected after initial querry or false promises of despatch are made. Is there any one to look into it and sincere appeal to SBI card holders to think twice before.................. I have sent a e-mail to them but no response.

I have purchased two mobile phones (invoice 110573 &110572) (order dt 18-10-10).I received the items through courier.But so far I didn`t receive the gift(Reebok watch worth Rs 2,599) .So kindly sent me the gift as early as possible.

If bank like SBI is encouraging this type of fraud than what to say...

I ordered for a Cybershot Digicamera....... which included accesories of 4gb memory card and a Sony carry case...
The 4gb card was already stolen from my package by the employees and niether i received Sony Carry Case.
I tried to post compliant and now they said that no such transaction has been done by them........

This message is to make all the vendors / buyers aware of the fraud site .

We sold our jewelry worth a huge amount but still we are waiting for our payment since 2yrs. Whenever we try to contact the concerned person or their boss, we do not get a single response. They just keep on avoiding our calls as mails as well.

We suggest you all buyers and vendors not to deal with this kinda fake websites.

I have called the customer care many times.they said to email me at sandeep@360.in but till now no response.They are volunteerly cutting the call and they are saying the same response that my product will be delivered day after tomorrow.But no hope.Can you please involve in this matter and close this fraud company to end.iam ready to file a case in any court .this fraud site should be stopped.
