I read your post and the statement you have made in red about the banks blacklisting certain companies, I totally agree with that!!
That makes a lot of sense and if the banks were to follow it, it would make a great difference to the online shopping market!

It seems Gift360 is reaallly a froud company. I have experienced the same problem for Reebok Sport Kit as mentioned my Dinesh in his complaint. I have received the product except the Shoe voucher. That shoe is not available in the showroom any more and as per the shop keepers the shoes are not in stock since long time. I had put the order in Sep2009 and till today 30th Jan2010 shoes is not in the market.

I have escalated the matter to Gift360 escalation thru email and waiting for Refund amout.

I will suggest all other buyers not to purchase anything from this Fraud website......

I have finally decided to bring this to your notice. The
following are the mails I have send to Gift 360. I have ordered for a gift
online. The money got debited from my account. But the order was not placed.
In the following mails you can see a response from the Gift 360 member
Sandeep who asked me for the transaction showing the payment. I have send it
to him. Later I have made number of calls to their customer care. I did not
get any response. They say that they will call me back today. Never they
called me back.
I hope you can do me some favour.

Guys, please please do not order anything in this. They took my order nicely. said product will be delivered after max 14 days. after 20 days also i never received product. called many times. not they are saying Nike itself does not have stock. and they are going to revert money. i dont know when i get my money back. Please be aware of these kind of companies. I am one of the supportive for filing the case. This is really bad.

Thanks a ton. Even i went to order a product from 360, but i thought before odering let me google it. And i found all these complaints, this is rediculous yaar. I will never ever order anything from them and suggest people to google it before buying anything.

Well I would like to complaint about 'Gift360'.

I ordered Sony Erricsson K770i phone last year in August. After placing the order Gift360 people said that it's not available in the stock so the money from the Credit card will be refunded. But after 3-4 days I received the phone at my mailing address.

2 weeks back my phone battery got discharge and after that phone didn't switched on and I called Gift360 to send the invoice as it was not sent earlier with the phone delivery.

On Thursday i.e 08th April'10 I went service center at Guru Arjun Nagar, Nr Shadipur Metro Station and got to know that phone is out of warranty as this is a Dubai handset and I have to pay charges for it.

I called Gift360 customer care and spoke to Sanya (representative) and she transferred the call to 'Sunil Kumar' (from escalation team) and he told me to send the handset back through courier and will replace the new one. I told him to document this on mail as proof and he did it.

The service center guy told me not to get the same handset as it's not available in India anymore so might can face trouble again.

I checked website and found that handset is not available in India and I wrote back to sunil that don't want the same handset and would like to have another handset which is Sony Erricson C902.

I got revert from Sunil yesterday that I have to pay 5202/- amount as C902 cost is 13,200/-.

Well, I come to know about this handset from Gift360 website only and they don't have any other mobile listed which is good enough to use as I need cybershot only.

Since yesterday morning Sunil was playing mail game and finally I have told them that they have done fraud with the customer so will not going to pay any extra amount and if they can't do replacement give my money back or give me C902 or arrange call back from senior person and till now haven't got any reply back from them.

I am trying their customer care# but not able to get through.

I want you to tell that they are misselling items and cheating customers.

Kindly intervene into the matter seriously and suggest further course of action ASAP.

Dear all

i have ordered for a mobile set but the set was not delivered to me , but the amount was deducted from my credit card. The same has been intimated to the customer care , and they are misleading me since last two moths through mail that the amonut will be refunded in next billing.but to my surprise the they hav not refunded my amount till date. This is something fraudlent in nature. Please guide me hoe to get back my money.

Thank you so much for the comments about this company. I was going to order N5800 for Rs 4998/- from this company. But, I know the price is making a huge difference from the actual Nokia Priority shop. I was to search for this in google and typed the company name and found this site. I just escaped from being cheated. Thank you all..

I ordered dis product on 17th may 2010 and toady is 01st june2010 and still my product is not received .The amount of Rs10700 has been deducted from my SBI credit card and I am stii waiting for my product from them.I am really frustated.

gift 360 is no 1 fruad company .all the staff are fruad and lier.
