I own a Tata Photon+ connection and despite of making the payments my connection was not reinstalled. The demand of the customer care was completely illogical. They wanted me to pay more than the actual bill amount to reconnect my services. e.g. I had to pay 3k as my bill amount but as the bill was not generated(as told by them) they asked me to pay as high as 17k. This sounds completely irrational to me.
