i submitted an application for disconnection of airtel broadband connection on 16 june 2009 and till today ie.e AUgust 18 they have not disconnected and they are sending me the bills .and i even called up customer care and informed them i dont want to use it and even there systems shows that they have recieved an application for disconnection . they just give a lame excuse that we are writing down your complaint and . ihave callled up at least 5 - 6 times on customer care . there's a girl named SIMRAN KAUR working in airtel in the backend operations . she's the one who created this trouble for me . i just need to get my connection disconnected .
