    Default Airtel customer care

    i submitted an application for disconnection of airtel broadband connection on 16 june 2009 and till today ie.e AUgust 18 they have not disconnected and they are sending me the bills .and i even called up customer care and informed them i dont want to use it and even there systems shows that they have recieved an application for disconnection . they just give a lame excuse that we are writing down your complaint and . ihave callled up at least 5 - 6 times on customer care . there's a girl named SIMRAN KAUR working in airtel in the backend operations . she's the one who created this trouble for me . i just need to get my connection disconnected .

    Have you the disconnection receipt issued by the aritel people at the time of filling application od disconnection ??

    Angry Complaint for unwanted reduct the payment

    dear sir/madam,
    I am a airtel prepaid customer for past few years. my no is 9994051229.I Have Bought An Airtel Recharge Voacher regularly.some time reduct the amount of 3 rupees for cricket score, i am not interested that type of gambling and i didn't make any sms to you or somebody.
    It Seem A Littel Loss For Me But This Way Airtel Make A Huge Profit.
    So Kindly I Request You To Take Action On My
    Compalint. other wise we lose a good relationship of our communication.

    Dear Ms. Nirmala,

    We are not sure whether the Co. will provide you such help or not? But, you can ask about the query from the Co. itself and to for that help you can forward your request to the Nodal Officer of the Co. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    Default Bikinichaalerts deduction

    My mobile no is 9890187178. I am using this no. for last 5 years that is from 2004. As I receive the sms,my reference no for Registering on NDNC S1013778443.
    Inspite of my many requests to customer care executives for last 15 days, regarding stopping the Bikinirechalert alert. The service is free but still there is deduction of 1 rs daily. I talked with Mr. Krishna on 25th sep. 2009, On 24th Sep with Ms. Jyoti & on 23rd with Mr. Avinash.As I neither sent any sms nor make any request to provide any such service. Only I am using hellow tune service for wich I am paying Rs.30 pm.
    I want back my amount deducted for this service from my account & to stop this service today only. Otherwise I have to file a case in consumer court by 3 pm. today only as I am having sufficient evidences. As Airtel is not giving me the proper response inspite of many requests.

    This is Ravindra Prasad from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh i lost my cell with sim card, my no is 9000769258 . i am using this no from past one and half i lost my cell phone in bus on 18th September 2009 and day to day work busy i could not get time to reach airtel customer care and complaint, i am not having any idea of my sim card no .... so i request u to kindly block my sim. i have decided to purchase a new air tel no........i hope u ll accept my request........................

    Dear Mr. Prasad,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is:

    Dear Mr. Patel,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Default Internet service at JK lakshmi cement ltd,gurgaon,Airtel

    It is really unbelievable that airtel is providing such a rediculous service.We submitted application regarding change of internet service to our new office 15 days ago. But in the end they said they are not able to provide any service.We talked to no. of airtel team member regarding the same ,they are as followed Suresh Saini,Umesh thakur,Vibha.,under complaint no. 1007179645,267360.our phone no. is 0124-4077374.We are still looking for positive response as our work is held up. due to no internet service.
