My mobile No. is 9560717969. For d last several days I have been charged Rs. 5/- per day for d contest 'Answer Do Sona Jeeto', which I never subscribed. This is totally wrong. Kindly look into d matter for refund of d amount already charged from my pre-paid balance amount, otherwise, I may opt for suitable action before d appropriate forum.

I was holding a airtel number for last 3 years and my usage was more. It has given to all my banking sectors and all personal and official contacts. Now i my banks and my official messages to me were send to that number only. As a nodal officer you may know how important nowadays mobile number is. Recently i went to Dubai for an official tour for exactly 2 1/2 months and when i returned back my sim was not in use. When i check with the nodal officer contact number they said to provide my document again and it can be recreated and will be issued. But when i approach this morning to Anna Nagar airtel office they said it is not possible. I had given my proof of documents recently just 6 months before and without any notification it was recycled. then what is the use of giving Alternate contact number / mail id etc... For unwanted things we receive calls from airtel customer service , as it was a sensitive issue why they dont call our alternate number or send us mail to confirm abt the issue. So now all my confidential matter SMS ( my account transactions/ online purchase transactions/ fund transfer etc...) message will be send to that number. If that number is given to any other customer it is very difficult for me. So kindly arrange to get me the same number. When i call my number it says "TEMPORARILY NOT IN USE".

This to Inform you that Airtel is Activated one Service from 54321 ( You have renewed for MMS subscription service from Airtel . You have charged Rs. 2) which I don't want . I called customer service but nobody is deactivated this service & without my permission they are deducting Rs. 2/- daily . I need my money back . Please take the strong action against them .
