This is complaint letter to airtel that airtel recovery call to my home and they bully on my family members even
I have paid all due bills for mobile no. 9818044892.
If your recovery employees again bully on my any family memeber.
so i will take llegal action.

For the past 2 weeks, Airtel signal is very weak inside our Office Premises. All our incoming/out going calls get disconnected very frequently.

Immediately I have recharged my cards with the amount of 700 and some booster
card also.
I have given my proofs like Two photos and License photo copy for the same.
But for both the numbers outgoing is deactivated now.
Whenever we try calling, getting a message that your proofs have not been
submitted though i have.
I called the retail shop owner where i purchased my card he said he had
submitted my proof in airtel.
Please let me know how can i use my amount which is there in my cards. Totally
i have 1500 in my both the cards.
I have been using aircel for 10 years this is the first time i am using Airtel.
Since i heard international roaming service is good in airtel, thats the reason
i have purchased.
But at the end, I am not satisfied with the service.
I sent email to 121, nodal officers and appellate also.
But no use everyone is asking information, so far i didnt get any solution from them.
Really i got tired up by sending email to airtel daily.
Almost sent more than 20 emails to nodal and appellate officers

hello sir i am amuthan, i am studying in Chennai my air tel number was disconnected but my native Tirunelveli, i haven't any document all the certificate i drope my home. so pls extension my submitted date untill 28th October. i should submitted after 28th so please now connect my number 9003331076.
see, i had faced the same issue from Airtel. But i did not pay a single penny. after 7 months they had send recovery people to collect money. I paid around 1000 rupees from total amount of 8000 and said will pay remaining after a month. But they didn't come. after two months airtel customer care called for a final settlement by paying of another 1000 rupees. i paid it. and that was the end of it. So i am telling you wait for some time, don't pay the money now.

I am really frustrated with the lack of professionalism Airtel has shown. After lodging my request on the 16th of October 2010 to migrate my plan from the 1799 impatience plan to the 3999 2 MBps corporate plan they told me to wait till the 21st of October. I called them on the 21st and I was guaranteed by their floor manager Mr. Ashish Vijay Varghi that my plan was on the last staged of migration and due to some "technical issues" they have not been able to migrate my plan and it will be done by midnight. I call them at 12 o clock in the night and they tell me that the plan has still not been migrated and Mr. Deepak Sharma client ID 164541084 guaranteed me that my plan will be migrated by 12 o clock in the afternoon of the 22nd of October. I call at 1 o clock in the afternoon on the 22nd and my plan is still not migrated and floor supervisor Mr. Rupesh Kumar has made a commitment to me that my plan will be migrated by 5:30 in the evening. However he says it may take upto 12 o clock on the next day which is the 23rd of October. I tell him that I need to speak to Mr. Ashish Vijay Varghi who had guaranteed me that he will follow up with me and the guy refuses to come on the phone! I am extremely frustrated by Airtels service and its lack of regard for its customer. I have pleaded, talked nicely, lost my patience and tried to be professional with their call center service and nothing gets through to them. On many of the instances that I have called they cant even pull up on their system whether or not I have lodged my request in! Please tell me who is going to compensate me for all the unnecessary stress Airtel has caused?

I had an Airtel SIM card that was misplaced when my cellphone was stolen a few months ago. Even though the matter is sorted out with Airtel and the number is terminated , they still send me a bill for the number. Why do they do this? Is there any way to stop this?
