Hi,

I have taken the connection on 31^st July exclusively for downloading and taken the 8 GB day 15 GB night plan. While I have taken the connection no one informed about that Reliance Net connect will block file sharing services if their partner company Reliance Big Pictures Banner movie released. The Reliance show room or the web site of rcom is not informed anything about this.

After known sources such is internet I got to know that they have got the right from court to block the content of “Singham” being downloaded. Instead of block the access to singham content they have blocked sites.

If I am aware of this issue I will not buy this product.

They have stolen my savings (1300 for USB modem).

It’s my sincere advice to Reliance if they want to block the sites whenever their partner company movie released.

Please refund my 1300rs modem charges because it is not useful. And also don’t attract customers by showing we are providing best downloading plans. (Because if reliance is not providing access to downloading sites the limit is unuseful).

Please refund my modem charges 1300 if you are unable to provide access to file sharing sites.

The buggers at Reliance have done it again. They have blocked all file sharing sites. They have made an art of stealing money from their customers. They should call themselves UnReliance. I am going to check for the next 3 days. If the problem continues I will surrender my Reliance 3G connection. And also try and warn as many people as possible ,what kind of cheats Reliance has. Or probably most people know that.

Now I am seriously thinking of chaing my ISP, they block the whole websites :0 shame on you........................

Last time what i called to customer care they told me that they blocked the site for 7-9 days due to some technical reason... but when i search this issue on internet then i got to know that this issue is not new to reliance user.....

I m too suffering from this bullshit problem. Is reliance crazy??? Hey guys I have written mail to the corresponding autorities and the copy of this mail is here as well as on my facebook account. Are these people gone MAD???



Who is responsible for the problems we are facing?? I dont wana pay for the period this sites are no accessible.

RCOM(dont)care has 2 recorded replies. One is ,they will get in touch when you give them your contact number which is already with them , since customers give the number at the time of signing up. Once you tell RCOM(dont)care that they have the number, prompt comes the next silly response. "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The last time reliance gets my money. The hell with censorship. Reliance is infringing a citizen's right to information.

We are paying per month big chunk of money to Reliance Netconnect+ to access internet then why Reliance is blocking sites?

Is it legitimate to block site like this ?

I already have issues with internet speed, and now these sites are also blocked!!!

This is not fair at all, you are being paid to supply customer needs. I already asked customer care to terminate my account.

The best option is to go for Airtel 3G

I am using 20 GB per month plan, and this sounds very silly.
