I am also facing the same problem by reliance net connect i purchased it today itself and various sites are being blocked ..... this is seriously bad that reliance send their salesmen to peoples home and promising various stuff about speed and being the best net connectivity but cant even afford to give what the companies like mts, tata gives..... shame on reliance to produce such devices which are nothing but burden on customers.... if they cant provide customer the customer such basic services they shouldnt even try to convince people by telling it is best in all over india..... i would like to know what action is taken against these or i would like to return this modem and my all the money shall be refunded..... anyhow.... nd plz dont come with such faulty devices......
