Sir / Mam We have received your invoice no. 534544026 dt. 05.08.2011 under account no. 12962521. We have noticed in this bill that you have changed our DSL Plan to Rs.499/- (3 GB Free Download) instead of Rs.2222/- [20 GB Download] which has resulted an increase in our normal monthly bill amount. We called at your 198 no.; to report about the discrepancy in your bill, your executive informed us you have changed plan!!!! How can you change our plan without our intimation? We need to know who and with whose permission our bill plan was changed. We have made you the payment for this increased bill so that our services are not disrupted but at the same time we need the correct bill and also the adjustment of the excess amount paid to you. We would once again request you to kindly rectify this bill, reverse excess charged amount and send us a correct copy for our record and references.
