this is the worst thing i have never seen customer care is the wast all over the world
i have taken my connection on 26/7/2011 and i requested for shifting of my connection
on the next day to day is 27/8/2011 till now i gave around 20 requests i did not receive
any response also i paid my bill on 24/8/2011 he told that make a call to my number
i will take response for that i made many calls to him he did not lift any of my calls
after all these things i requested to upgrade my net speed 2 times they made a call to
me but they are not able to increase my net speed till today both the shifting and
upgradation are not at done please help me. i have all the mails they sent me
