Reliance Netconnect+ Data card number - 9326263296
I , Disha Bhutada, took Reliance Netconnect+ on 23 July. One, Sachin Mane from Mahavir Trading Company, Pune, had come to my place and given me this connection. Corresponding bill has been attached.
On August 2, my services had been deactivated without any prior notice. I tried calling Sachin, but there was no response. Later, I called Reliance Customer care. They told me that my services were deactivated because of negative address verification. I have no idea what this means. They asked me to go to any nearby Reliance Webworld and re-submit my documents. But, Webworld guys would not accept them. They are like contact the person from whom u got the connection. I am not able to get through them. I tried calling to 186020002011 number as well. Unable to connect. This story is going on from two weeks now.
I am really fed up of calling up number of people.
Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

I am using reliance net connect an i am unable to use net from one week Ihave tried to complaint against it to customer care but there response was negative.
I am tired up due to bad network because of which i can not use net.

Dear Sir,
I have Reliance netconnect no. 07489501667 i rechage my netconnect throw rcom instant recharge service. i took the plan of Rs 200 for that i use credit card for payment on 30/08/11. my payment is deducted but i did't get any recharge.
I posted a complaint on facebook page of reliance but did't get any reply. please take an action for refund the money. I have again recharged a plane of Rs 200 from outside merchant shop that is working properly. so kindly take an action for online refund of Rs 200

iam using Reliance data card, my number 9390744067. this i have purchased with 2500, with 3 months no bill shecme.
for the first 15 days iam able to connect neconnect+ with a speed near to 3mb. but now iam unable to connect neconnect+ everytime connection is creating on highspeed 1X, this is very slow. pls address this ASAP

I have applied for migrating my post paid connection to prepaid conenction on 05.10.2011 at punjagutta webworld to the concern person named Mr. Prashant kumar. he promised me that the process would be completed in 7 days time.
till today the problem is in open status. in spite of sever phone calls and personal visit to relaince webworld nothing improvement taken place.
I received a call from 9346221745 on 13.10.2011 at 3.41 pm from your office and he alos confirmed me that the migration process will be completed within one hour. Today is 07.11.2011 and no outcome from the request.
can you please look into the same and arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest
