    Dear Team,

    Please reactivate The VDATA Card No: 9223998643 of (A/C No:603036594), which is not working last 3-days. it showing the “Error:678 & 721 the remote computer did not respond”
    For this accounts I already cleared the all outstanding amount but still I m facing the same problem.

    pls do something it's very urgent for me. today i visited to Photon gallery also they said it will work in 3-4 hrs but still it's not working...

    1) Rs 1000/- on dated 8th May 2012 with receipt No:42812089

    HI this is prasanta kumar and i m using tata photon plus service . speed what was commitment was 3.1 mbps . my tata photon plus number is 9212773695 . i am having such a very bad experience from this device . its waste of my time . even i m not getting 250kbps when i talk to custmercare they are getting speed 300 kbps and it is a good speed we can not help . i am having a plan of 950 5gb unltd . and its so pathetic for me . just making fool to custmers . i just wasted my money and time with tata photnplus . please give any sollution either do me dissconnect from this connection .

    Angry Not showing the internet usage meter

    hello , i am tata photon plus prepaid user.....(9242520589)
    from last 20 days im my account it is not showing internet usage

    i was calles custmer care also but they keep on saying mail your screen shot to customercare. Karnataka@tatatel.co.in

    but mail is not going i was shows error.....i am facing this problem so kindly tell now what to do ......

    i am not getting support from customer care also...they say we cant looged a complaint...

    i search many times but i dont find the right place to logged the complaint...

    so kindly look into the matter

    Angry Tata Photon = poor speed and pathetic customer-care

    Hi,

    I am using Tata photon+ device (number: 9212480334). Have 5GB@950 plan but getting a constantly slow speed [ranging 0.12 - 0.26 mbps] for over a month now. It tells me to download a file of 7mb in 4 hours.

    Made many calls to customer-care but they have dare to tell me that it is a sufficient speed for me and I will get only that much of speed.

    I get much better speed [.44 mbps] on my phone with 2g network.

    Such a bad experience with the device. Really really bad speed and pathetic customer-care. Photon is making fool of customers saying 3.1 mbps speed. Its completely wastage of money. Will never suggest any one to buy it.

    i purchased tata photon plus 3 days ago. i am getting a speed of .56mbps of downloading and .03mbps of uploading speed but when i download any file , songs etc the downloading speed moves around 40-60 kbps but when i brought the device it was said that speed will be between 2-3mbps .i even confirmed customer care some of them told that to steps but it didn't work. is this a cheat to a customer or company will sort out my problem.
