i am using internet service from spacenet india franchise roserise cables , shiv nagar , new delhi . For which i had paid the sum of rs 700 for 512mb speed for unlimited usage for the month of june and july but i am not getting the mentioned speed . A technician comes today at my place after 1 week from my complain and reported that there is water logged in the wire from the pole where the wire is connected nd said me pay the cost of the replacement of wire . There is no company's policy and they have not metioned any where about this in their policies . The staff is very rude and they don't know how to behave with their coustmers .
