Dear ALL,
I am holding a BSNL landline with the number 27220081 & the connection was taken on june 23rd for BROADBAND usage. As per BSNL, i can apply for BSNL broadband only after installing a landline, landline got installed on 28th & it got activated very next day. I have applied for a Broad band connection at there walk in customer care of ECIL & work order got generated for it on the same day(30th June), work order number is 1838566. After continous followupat customercare & Branckh office(ECIL & RADHIKA) found that order got generated thereafter on 12th July, i am really surprised to knew that order got cancelled due to system problem(Software applications migrated).
Again BSNL customer care asked me to apply for a BSNL connection again at there brach office(ECIL) with fresh documents. I did applied for it on 14th July & work order got generated on the same dat & it was 124487482. As per them the complaint SLA(Service LEvel Adherence) or the Complaint closing time is 48 working hours. Till Today none of them contacted me on this. As from the BSNL portal i got few nodal officers mail IDS & contact numbers. I was frequently mailing them & done my best to followup to close this issue & get BB as soon as possible. Seriously no one tryed contacting me on this, I have met personally Commercial Officer((Radhika), DE(Radhika Branch), AE(Krupa complex, Vinayaka Nagar BRanch), DGM(Tirumalgiri) & AM(Tirumalgiri) on this, but no proper responce. ONly verbal statement that they would close it ASAP but nothing happened till date...Below is the entitre followup mail of mine..................

I havent recieved the Broadband connection yet. I have visited radhika customer care on 14th July and raised a work order on the same again, as previous work order which was raised on 30th June got cancelled due to some system problem.

Previous work order is 1838566

Till today no one acted upon it. To my surprise "AE" of KRUPA COMPLEX branch was not responding even after continous follow-up and he warned me that " we will cancel the account stating 'no feasability in that area'.

How come they can cancel it after installing a landline? . And i am still paying the deposit amount & rental of it.

Is this the way they take up the issues? Is it entire BSNL is working under AE of KRUPA COMPLEX branch?

I have spoke to DGM at Tirumalghiri and as per his promise "i would have got the connection past 3 days back itself" and i also spoke to DE at Radhika customer care & as per him issue is addressed to concern & he is not the incharge of it thereafter.

I request you all to address it ASAP & provide me BB at an earliest.

As per my below trial mail, Kindly do the needful on priority. As per Customer care on 1500, got feedback stating "They haven't taken any request of Broadband connection yet even after submitting relevant documents at Radhika Customer Care".

Asked to take the same request online at 1500, said it will not be possible untill July 7th as there is some issue with the applications.

I am not getting proper responce even from the customer care at Radhika location. As per team at ECIL, they will not take any applications asked to go to Radhika center only.

Please take this mail as an application & provide me Broadband ASAP.

Here myself Dinesh actually i took a new a connection for BSNL broad band connection last month back the plan is RS.750/- and its a unlimited speed is 256kbps i given application everything as per the menstioned plan only even in application also i menstioned the above plan clearly then also they made it as 250 start up plan and they sent a bill of 15000/- i enquired about this but they are not at all helping and they are telling you have t pay at any cost iam worried about this and planning to go for consumer court but i dont have any idea can anybody help how do i take a action on this pls ...

I have booked BSNL broadband connection on 18th March 2010, and a engineer came from Koramangala Office, Bangalore to my residence to get the application form filled, and he promised to give the connection very next day as he grabbed 500/- as deposit from me and left collecting remaining documents. Before coming to my residence he verified and said that connections are available and we can give you one.. I am staying at Virat Nagar , Bommanahalli, Bangalore -68, Very next day some other guy from Mangammana Pallya Called me and asked me the address then he started claiming that there are no ports available and we cannot give Broadband connection. if you want we can give you EVDO Card. (height of compromise), then I said no I need Broadband connection, He was so irresponsible that he did not wait for second, he said No then Hung up the call, as if he is spending his golden words on me and money to call from his cellphone. now its almost 8 days over, still connection is not given to me. the Engineer who came to me (AE of Koramangala office - Shantaraju) he never responds properly and some times never recive my call.

If this is being the case very soon, BSNL has to shut its office doors. Its not the matter of 500/- rupees to me but if they continue to provide service like this before giving connection itself, then what about the post connection (if they provide once in a blue moon).
