    per mera connection aaj tak nhi laga hai jab b reliance k office me call karo toh bolte hai aaj lag jayega connection kal lag jayega kabhi bolte hai 100% aaj ho jayega kabhi bolte hai 110% kal ho jayega unhone paise b le liye or connection b nhi kiya ab aap hi bataye me kya karun

    if u have not yet got the connection, i would suggest u look for some other service provider.. all u will get out of reliance is a hell lot of bullshit to deal with

    reliance sucks!!!!!!!!!!

    Angry My Net connect bill

    Hello Sir,
    I got reliance net connect finally working on 13rd of July,when i applied for the connection the executive told me that, am going to get one month free access that will not be chargeable, and will get 200inr discount on my plan for each month, for year. i took a plan for 1700inr, with 20GB (10gb day and 10gb in night with that plan). On august 9 got the bill for :
    Bill Period
    13-07-2009 to 24-07-2009

    I replied them back with my quires and saying that am not getting single day free i need to know why? but their reply they said that they just talked about the discount, but this i just a false commitment by them. am not agree with that.


    And now last day i got a mail with

    With reference to your Reliance Mobile number 9330623780 for Account No 2388789572, we would like to inform you that your account usage this month has exceeded your credit limit.

    Please make a payment of Rs. 5072.045 immediately to enjoy uninterrupted service. Kindly ignore this message if the payment has already been made.

    Now i would like to know very simple things. If they committed for one month free service why am not getting single days?

    If my credit limit is only 800 i have not paid any payment due to the wrong bill how and my plan is also for 20GB uses my uses never exceeded 10GB till now how my bill credit limit reaches to 5k+?

    congratulations, for not geeting this plan connection because this is the most thakela
    connection ,my suggestion is plan for some other service provider or plan

    To The Authority,
    I am writing this letter to pull your attention towards the broadband service department of your company. Reliance ( internet camp ) came to our society a month ago as door to door publicity and were asking us to take up their broadband services which according to them was very good n efficient. I already had internet at my place but since the sales executive was insisting on testing reliance i thought of giving it a try.. the sales person's name was MR. SUNIL ( 9321457271 ) and MR. MANOJ ( 9322885261 ) they convinced me that the internet speed and service is very good and if at all any problem then the customer care executive is just one call away and within 24hrs the problem would be solved.. since it is RELIANCE... so i took the line. My internet connection was given on 1ST OF AUGUST 2009 , with an extra phone line..How ever after that i started using the reliance internet , for the 1st 5 days the service was ok but after that my line got disconnected internet as well as the phone line... since then i am only making calls to the customer care for help which i suppose was just one call away but i made atleast 20 calls to them but all in vain... let me tell you that they are absolutely good for nothing , complete wastage of time and are getting paid for no work but only shit..they did nothing to help me , did not even send any person for assistance to my place to check the matter inspite of my repeated requests. So finally i gave up and asked them to cut off the line for me . Even for the removal of the line no one has turned up till date.. your modem and phone is still waiting to be thrown out , and to top it all after 30 days a man from reliance comes up asking for the bill.. Your company did not have the time to send someone to fix my net and phone problem which was dead for 25 days but has time to send their man asking for the bill without any shame ... then i was given MR. R POWRE 'S NUMBER ( 9320013720 ) so i finally called him asked him to stop the reliance internet service ... then a man came and disconnected the wire but please it will be very kind if you can send someone to pick up your modem and phone which is complete waste for me because i am no more using reliance . Please its a request that you quickly take some serious action orelse your company's name and goodwill will no more be the same in the near future.. The chain is so big that the message gets distorted before reaching the higher officers so i had no other option but to write it down to you... Will be expecting your reply.. Thank you...

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    I've credit limit of 4300 but I'm unsure how much MB I can use.. Kindly enlighten me.

    Probably Rs. 1.20 = 1 Mb
    So you can use 3583 Mb of Internet. If you have high Download speed, then beware while downloading files!

    SRI.K.T.SIDHIQ, PRESIDENT

    The case of complainant Beena is that she purchased an internet modem from opposite party in the name of her father Balakrishnan and she could not access to internet inspite of repeated recharges from January 2009 onwards. Though she approached opposite party several times to get it rectified, opposite party was unable to rectify the defect. Thereby she lost Rs.2490/- towards the purchase price of internet modem and Rs.492/- towards the recharge price for repeatedly attempting to recharge to get the internet facility through modem at the instance of opposite party. She is a teacher by profession in a public school. So several times she compelled to avail leave to approach opposite party for rectifying the defects occurred to the modem. But it went futile. Hence the complaint claiming compensation of Rs.20,000/-.

    2. Notice to opposite party was issued by registered post. Though it is served, they remained absent. Hence opposite party is set exparte.

    3. Complainant is examined as PW1. Ext.A1, the bill for the purchase of modem is marked. PW1 deposed that she purchased the modem on 10-08-2008 in the name of her father Balakrishnan and the same was working till January 2009. From January 2009 onwards eventhough she repeatedly recharged the same at the request of opposite party for various amounts, totaling to Rs.492/- it was not functioned. Her repeated approaches to opposite party were also were in vain.

    4. The repeated instructions to recharge the system for getting internet connection through a malfunctioning internet modem is nothing but an unscrupulous exploitation of consumer and it amounts to deficiency in service. The opposite party is liable to refund the cost of internet modem along with the price spent for availing internet facility through modem. The opposite party is also liable to compensate the complainant for the loss hardships and mental agony caused to her.

    The complaint is therefore allowed and the opposite party is directed to take back the internet modem supplied to complainant and refund Rs.2490/- with the amount of Rs.492/- she spent for recharging the modem to avail the internet facility. Opposite party also liable to pay Rs.5000/- by way of compensation for the loss hardships and mental agony caused to the complainant along with a cost of Rs.1500/-. Time for compliance is 30 days from the date of receipt of order. Failing which the said amount of Rs.7982/- will carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date of complaint till payment.

    Default airtel sucks....

    i reside in bhopal and i am using the airtel broadband connection i have applied to change my plan before one month but they contiinuosly give me some excuses that is not acceptable at all and my plan is 1099 swift i am not getting the proper speed also so dont go for airtel i suggest to all of you and suggest me what to do .

    Helllow ,

    My Broadband line is not working from past few month and i have given complaint several times , there is no respond from your side and we are not happy with your service whenever i give the complaint to the customer care they said that within 24 our it will be rectified but till now no body has turn up , ever i try to contact in coimbatore office no one pick up the called... THIS IS YOUR RELIANCE SERVICE ????? if one day delay to pay the bill your people will eat our head and if we want work to be done no body response ....this is not first time i have given the complain ...you people want only money and never provide the good service for the customer.

    from past two days i have given complain ( complain no - 140718970) now is almost more than 48 hr there is no response from your side. i want the immediate action from you like how you people call us to collect the bill, if my broadband is not working within today evening you can disconnect the line there is no point of using reliance is sucking our blood daily, we have so many work has to be done everything is struck .

    Ye relience customer care ke log sabse bade fool hai. Maine 24th May ko brodbend connection lene ke liye request diya tha liking ye log so rahe hain. please dont take relience broadband. Agar abhi se ye hal hai to age pata nahi kya hoga. 3-4 time customer care se bat ho gayi hai leking ye log kuch bhi nahi kar rahe hai. Fokat me Ambani se salary le rahe hai. Customer gate par hai aur ye log bolte hain time nahi hai.

    Default Reliance broadband wrong billing and threat of court case

    I had been given a wrong bill of around 5300 in the month of feb, for my data card connection from reliance and for which I asked for my usage details as I was very sure that I didnt use the connection that much. Since then I got calls from the vendor for almost 100 times and every time I asked for the details and the response was unreasonable. Today I got the message that the vendor is puttingmy case in pune court and is threating me. I want to put the compliant on the reliance vendor and want to be dealt. Kindly take this as a serious issue.
