Hi team,
This is Alok Tiwari, I have purchased Reliance Hight Speed Data Card on 17 May, on first billing they have charged me 2053 Rs saying the billing would be for 13 days, I said Ok..and paid all the amount. On same day I have given request to change the plan from 650 1 GB Plan to 05 GB 1099 Nation wide plan.
They have started my service on 1 Jun and on 14 Jun they have stopeed it saying that I have crossed the credit limit, customer care , Nodle officer, and many more I have contacted but they were saying the same thing that I have crossed the credit limit, where my usage was ony 2436 MB means I could have used approx 2600 MB.
For the jun month they had charged me 6000 Rs and after raising complain to nodle officer it was 4300 some thing. Then I have again raise the complain to Custoer care and finaly they said I need to pay only 40 Rs. Thanks. I keep on calling the customer care but no answer. They keep on transfering the call keep on holiding every body is giving the same answer as - I am forwarding your call to my senior and they will call you withing 24 hours, but no any call is received. My phone bill came - 845 Rs in which major call was to reliance team. I have paid 40 Rs and on 01 July they have started the service.
on 13 July they have again stopped the service I have crossed the credit limit, where as my totals usate is 2205 MB I can still use 2800 Mb. This is 09 Day that I am calling them sending mail but no any response from there side. This time also they are saying let the bill get generated then the issue get solved.
Please confirm if there is any fault from my side -
1. I have paid the bill in time.
2. Changed my plan in time
3. Complains are raised in time.
Problem that I faced -
1. Customer care are not able to give the answer.
2. Keep on going round and round.
3. No calling support at all.
4. Even billing team is not able to call and sort out the problem as soon possible.
5. Then only can sort it out the proble once the bill will get generated and for that the customer have to wait. ( Like i have done - almost half a month)
6. Every time they will promise you this will not happend againg but they keep on repeating the problem, never they correct it then and there.
7. You have purchased the hardware and now you need to face it in hole life.
8. Reliance web world can not take it back.
Please could some body give me the correct solution for this. So that they can get punishment and I can claim the refund.
