    Dear Sir,
    I have been arguing with tatatel and sent mails to Customer.care@tatatel.co.in but they are not responding.
    Twenty days ago, after calling a Tata Photon Plus clerk, whose number was listed on a TV screeen, I asked him if this device would be working at my place, which is located as above.
    He replied immediately "YES" and asked me if he could come to my working place to deliver it and get the money INR 1.800.
    Next day the Tata Photon Plus guy was at Tardeo, my working place, with the tata photon plus PEN DRIVE. He assured me once again thet it would be working perfectly at my house.
    Tata Photon engeneer came to my place to install the system into my desktop, but he said that the computer needed to be set, since it was not in place.
    After that, I called 3 internet engeneers to set my computer and everything looked perfect, so I plugged the pen drive....
    NOTHING has happened. It's is not working at all and I am so frustrated: why do they sell something, knowing that there's NO CONNECTIVITY, zero visibility at my place?
    I had gone to the Tata Indicom Gallery in Fort 3 months ago, asking the question: is there connectivity at my own place at the above address... They took all information and kept me there for at least ONE HOUR, promising me to email me as soon as possible, or just call me..
    After some time, they called me and they said that there is no connectivity at my place.
    One week later Tata Photon Plus sent me intimation to pay the bill.
    I never, EVER used the computer, because I cannot have internet connection.
    So, I couldn't use it for one single moment, it was impossible.
    For this reason on the 28th May 2011 I went to the TataIndicom Gallery and returned the pen drive, since it was useless.
    Now I am asking my money back and a proper reply from Tata Photon, which keeps arrassing me to pay the bill..for something that I do not even own anymore. I returned it to them !!
    This is cheating, this is a FRAUDE! They fool the customers and don't really take care of them
    I want a REFUND, a FULL REFUND of RS 1800.
    I am going any distance if they do not address my complain in FULL.
    Please let me know how to get response from Tata and stop this harrassment. Please let me know how to take this matter with consumer forum. Can someone give me Ratan Tata's email id? I wish Ratan Tata would know the service provided by a Tata group company is so poor and how they are cheating the users by making them use ZERO connectivity and then bill them for no usage.
