    Default Extreamly Slow internet speed .... Worst customer service(TATA

    My photon number is 9243525950.
    I am facing this slow internet speed problem from past 2 month. I gave somany complaint and i got very lame answers. I don't know why these guys behaving for the customers problems.
    Every time they will tell , this is due to some network issue and will be rectified by mid night.
    Still the same problem every day.

    I fed up with this network and So take back your device and pay me my amount.

    Default Slow Browsing Irresponsible Tata Communications Team

    For 1MBPS plan i am 3.4 KBPS download rate
    I registered complaint so many times with no result. They are sending +2 student for network troubleshooting purpose even he dont know wat is ip Address.

    If i called to customer care they are putting call on hold for more than 50 min.

    i dont know wat to do because of these iresponsible team i am loosing business.

    Is it true that the main reason for not getting the proper network and internet speed is that the aircel is not using their own towers and for this he has to share he network with TATA gsm services?

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    MY NO IS 9241049685
    I have bought new tata photon plus connection 3 DAYS back.
    Tata Photon team promised me that i will get speed of upto 3.1 mbps and will get average speed of 512 Kbps. But i am getting speed upto 10-20 kbps download speed during all day from 8 A.M to 11 P.M. Only after 11 P.M. i get speed upto 15-30 kbps. This is the problem i am facing from day one. I registered a complaint regarding it and tata executive told me that i will be able to get good speed after some days they have some issues in my area i.e B.H.E.L MYSORE ROAD ,BANGALORE
    I want my money refunded back so that i can take any other broadband connection.
    Kindly provide me the necessary help to get my money back

    my tata photon number is 9241049685
    from yesterday onwards its again disconnected .its 737 error ppp link ptotocol is terminated why its disconected its also cming very low speed
    my phone number is 9035181730.
    why its again and again its didconnecting
