I have taken internet connection from you broadband , cable india limited before 4 months, I paid money for 7 months in advance for 24 hours unlimited use. In last 4 months most of the day internet is down and whichever day it has working , it has very low speed or 4-5 hours in 24 hours it has been down.
I have complained this to customer services by more than 75 phone call to their customer service no., local office no. and their technician no. I have spent more than 500 rupees just on phone calls in requesting to resolve the problem. Since I have taken internet service, it hasn’t worked uninterrupted even for 3 continuous days.
After tired with their bad service and no internet connectivity I request their customer service to disconnect my internet and give refund. I have requested nearly 10 times for disconnection but every time I call they answer me that someone from their team received answer from me that I don’t want to disconnect and happy with their service, which I have never told to any of their staff member. From last week every evening internet connectivity is down and internet starts at morning after 10 am. I am involved in business development process for uk & usa call centre projects so I must need internet at night time due to international time difference. I have got big losses in my work due to bad services from you broadband internet service provider. at present I had to take another pay as you go internet connection so I am paying 2 internet service providers unnecessary for very low use of internet.
I have already given written notice to you broadband on this issue to go in consumer forum, grahak suraksha or legal process but they are not giving any proper reply, refund or improvement of service by starting giving internet connectivity at night time.
