I am new user of BSNL broadband in kota, Raj and since last 24 May till 24 June, my internet worked only for 7-9 days only due to various fault of their line, modem and their service also and they charged whole month charge. I want waiver for not using this service and they hanged me a lot of from this office to that office. It is great and looks typical government body.
