This is to bring into your kind attention the improper services provided by TATA DOCOMO, Sir I had puchased a TATA DOCOMO 3G wireless broadband device number 7696197698 dated 6th March for plan of 7.2 mpbs speed till browsing & downloading of 5 GB, even after four days of usage the speed came to 100 kbps & just with browsing & Downloading of 300 mb,irrespective of my hundreds of mails & calls to TATA DOCOMO,no action has been taken.All the person dealing with complaints tried to mislead me,have not taken any action whatsoever,rather they had shown arrogant behavior & negative attitude towards my compliant.The related franchisee even tried to convince to purchase another plan rather to solve my problem.I am now fed up with the services provided by TATA DOCOMO 3G device.Still with downloading & browsing of 2.234 GB my speed is 100kbps & is not according to the plan, please take action
