    I have received my last month's (5th Feb to 5th March) Tata Photon Plus bill and it shows 17gb download and 10gb upload which is totally not matching to my figures. I have downloaded 6.4 gb of material from internet and done about 1.7gb of uploading. They have now barred my internet connection and are now asking me to pay an amount bill of Rs 10,500 otherwise my internet connection would not be activated. I have been paying all my internet bills on time since last 1 year and I have never made a complaint against their over metering of internet usage. They are now harassing me like this.

    The internet usage is totally manipulated from their server which I always doubted but never bothered to make an enquiry on this matter. Now that the figures are being inflated to such an extent and that the way they are harassing me for a little delay and that too not even yet crossing my bill payment due date (24th march) I am bound to take some actions this time.

    I want the Tata-Team to mail me the detail internet usage records to me so that I can check and verify how my internet usage has gone so up. Please do the needful.

    And also I want my internet connection to be activated asap.

    Default Regarding Excess billing (Airtel Mobile)

    Hello,

    I have taken a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel (Mobile number : 7738297908) under the corporate plans which they have for the organisation in which I work. I have taken this connection specially for internet access on my mobile phone.The connection details are mentioned below :

    Mobile number :7738297908
    Monthly rental : 99 /-
    Internet Plan : 98/- p.m. (2 G.B. data usage free p.m.)

    Please note that I have not exceeded the above mentioned limit of 2 G.B. data usage in any of the month. Despite this, Airtel charged me approximately 2500/- only for internet usage and sent me a bill of approx. 3200/-. For this I have lodged a complaint in customer care. I didn't got any response from them. And when I contacted them, to my surprise, they are claiming that I have been charged so much for internet because I have deactivated my data usage plan for 2 G.B. per month.

    I have taken this connection mainly for internet usage so it doesn't makes any sense of me deactivating my internet plan and still use internet.

    Recently, I had recieved a call from airtel regarding the recovery of this bill amount from contact number 07738069811. Due to these issues I explained my usage to the lady over the phone and she agreed to my points. She reduced the bill amount to 1200/-. So I paid RS. 1200/- to thier agent and asked them to discontinue my services.

    But what irritated me the most is, I have recently recieved a notice in which Airtel has stated of taking legal action against me, if I do not pay the amount of Rs. 1664.85/- immediately. Kindly advise what steps should I take.

    Default I a not getting the Prepaid bill to my Email

    I am not getting the Pre-paid Bill to my Email ID.Instead of repeated requests to the customer service I never received the proper response.Please take care.
