Sir/Madam,
I was a MTS netconnect (mblaze) customer took MTS services on 29th sep'11 as a MTS agent was calling me everyday to take the services told me it would be 3mbps speed (plan was 799/month which i paid to him )so i took it and within a day or two the speed was 200kbps and slower than that...sometimes 1 or 0kbps....I called up customer care they said they are working on it ,will send a representative and put me on hold for long.(Bangalore cust care no 080-433525393) ,I have talked to the manager as well ,he also said he will look after it and we will not be charged for that period in which the speed was very slow and he also said that he will send someone on Monday but no one came finally i called up again and on next monday a technician came and confirmed that the speed was not more than 200kbps ,he said he can't do anything and its a network problem so will report it to network people....So after waiting for few more day i took another service provider and called up MTS Customer care (on 4th NOV"11)and asked them to cut my connection...so the represenatative MR.Rakesh started literally begging me to give them another chance and not to cut the connection ,for half an hour he didn't listen to me and was not ready to cut the connection ...but as i have already lost my 799 rs on MTS i didnt agreed with him. So atlast he told me that he has cut the connection.But now after one month i getting a bill of Rs 680 for the same month so when i called up the customer care again the representative told me my connection was never been cut and i am charged for the whole month and if i want to cut it i have to go to the nearest MTS outlet ...then WHY havent they told me the first time when i called to cut the connection WHY after one month.
BILLS DEATILS-
1st bill- i paid 799 on 29th sep'11(when i took the connection)
2nd bill- Rs 913.89 from 1/10/2011 to 31/10/2011- in which the speed was very poor ...and i was been told by the manager that i wont be charged for that period of time., i havent paid this bill.
3rd bill -Rs680 for that period in which i have already asked the representative to cut my connection, he confirmed me that is has been disconnected though it was not.
WHY i have been asked to pay the last two bills??????
Sir/Madam ,I am a hard working middle class man and when something like this happens i really feel betrayed its my hard earned money.I have been cheated and this is a fraud.
No one is ready to help saying sorry doesn't solve the problem ,even i am very sorry that i took the MTS Blaze connection. Instead of improving their services they are blaming their customers and proving them false information,charging them with false bills.
