    Default Bangalore: Very pathetic service from mts data card company

    Hi Consumer Court,

    I have taken MTS Data card connection around 3 moths back with a surfing speed upto 3.1

    Mbps (which I never got). I am getting on an average 100Kbps only or sometimes less than

    that which is very horrible experience for surfing. So, I started following up with the

    customer care on this within 2-3 weeks after taking the connection. They lodge complain

    (Dec/7416) against this and informed me that they will send some engineer to analyze the

    problem, so MTS fixed an appointment with an engineer to my place.But no engineer visited

    me and one day got a call form MTS to get to know that problem is being identified and it

    will take another 15 days to get resolved. Later, MTS people closed the complaint without

    taking my concern whether the problem was resolved and I was under impression that they

    were working on my problem.

    Once again, I had called them and currently going through the same as had gone in the

    past with one more complaint number(JAN/13289).I had wasted lot of time and money in

    seeking the proper service what MTS had committed or still committing to new users.Also,

    their customer support response is very pathetic and misleading.

    My complain is against MTS which is responsible for mental harassment(wasted ample amount

    of precious time and money) to me by not providing me the right service with

    poor/pathetic customer support.

    I HOPE I will get some sort of support/justice to the above said pain which I am

    currently going through.Also, ready to fight with them legally if it is required. It's my

    humble request to take this further ASAP to get me What I deserve.

    Thumbs down Mts poor services and fraud

    Sir/Madam,

    I was a MTS netconnect (mblaze) customer took MTS services on 29th sep'11 as a MTS agent was calling me everyday to take the services told me it would be 3mbps speed (plan was 799/month which i paid to him )so i took it and within a day or two the speed was 200kbps and slower than that...sometimes 1 or 0kbps....I called up customer care they said they are working on it ,will send a representative and put me on hold for long.(Bangalore cust care no 080-433525393) ,I have talked to the manager as well ,he also said he will look after it and we will not be charged for that period in which the speed was very slow and he also said that he will send someone on Monday but no one came finally i called up again and on next monday a technician came and confirmed that the speed was not more than 200kbps ,he said he can't do anything and its a network problem so will report it to network people....So after waiting for few more day i took another service provider and called up MTS Customer care (on 4th NOV"11)and asked them to cut my connection...so the represenatative MR.Rakesh started literally begging me to give them another chance and not to cut the connection ,for half an hour he didn't listen to me and was not ready to cut the connection ...but as i have already lost my 799 rs on MTS i didnt agreed with him. So atlast he told me that he has cut the connection.But now after one month i getting a bill of Rs 680 for the same month so when i called up the customer care again the representative told me my connection was never been cut and i am charged for the whole month and if i want to cut it i have to go to the nearest MTS outlet ...then WHY havent they told me the first time when i called to cut the connection WHY after one month.

    BILLS DEATILS-

    1st bill- i paid 799 on 29th sep'11(when i took the connection)

    2nd bill- Rs 913.89 from 1/10/2011 to 31/10/2011- in which the speed was very poor ...and i was been told by the manager that i wont be charged for that period of time., i havent paid this bill.

    3rd bill -Rs680 for that period in which i have already asked the representative to cut my connection, he confirmed me that is has been disconnected though it was not.

    WHY i have been asked to pay the last two bills??????


    Sir/Madam ,I am a hard working middle class man and when something like this happens i really feel betrayed its my hard earned money.I have been cheated and this is a fraud.
    No one is ready to help saying sorry doesn't solve the problem ,even i am very sorry that i took the MTS Blaze connection. Instead of improving their services they are blaming their customers and proving them false information,charging them with false bills.

    Default MTS Datacard billing issue

    Hi Consumer Court,

    I have taking MTS Datacard in October 2011 with the monthly charges of Rs.899. The executive who visited my house said that it is a prepaid connection and I paid the amount for 3 months. After 3 months i was thinking that it will get disconnected as i haven't paid the bill. I started getting calls from the customer support asking me to pay the bill. Finally i went to MTS store in Maruthahalli, Bangalore on 15/02/2012 and paid the total outstanding amount and submitted the application for connection closure. But the unfortunate thing is I am still getting the calls to make the payment for March and April. I have registered a complaint at MTS customer care but they are saying that the account got temporarily disconnected on 14/04/2012 and I have to pay the full amount till then. May i request you to suggest me the way to register complaint in Consumer court on MTS. I have the receipt of the payment that i made on 15/02/2012 and the acknowledgement from the store for the closure of the connection.
