One day without notice 3 of my family members were banned without any notice citing some rule was broken as a reason.

one of the players here was also a paid member and since in game currency can be used for subscriptions that run over a period of time.

started loosing paid benefits too without any prior notice or justification.

attempts to contact them about the matter took 18 hours for a reply and that too was not clear enough and did not contain what evidence they have of so called breach.

We tried to contact their administrator too but no avail it has been over 24 hours and still no response from them.

The service which charges you by hour and does not have any policy to refund any money lost due to this kinds of ban must be prompt at answering.

and as this game is also time bound a day lost means a lot to in sense of game play.

so even if after 2-3 days they take ban back we still lot a lot in mean time and next 10 months we spend playing this game will become futile waste of time.

What we have lost is already lost. we are filing this complaint so that what happened to us does not happen to someone else.
