    We want to get the compensation from RCOM and want to get rid of the issues. They said that we will have such connection problem on frequent basis during the whole monsoon. It means that they can only provide a proper service in remaining 8 months and we should go with other company for either monsoon or should replace Reliance completely with another company as our Internet service provider.

    Reliance seems very poor in providing the service, seems like they are not technically strong to provide service in Monsoon. Even their technicians can't visit the field in rain which means you are not allowed to work in rain, just pause the business and start booking loss. That's it.

    We prefer not to deal with reliance if you are willing to have internet specifically for business purpose.

    Dear Sir,


    My reliance netconnect numer was 9390532572.


    I've requested for the cancellation of my device on 09-Apr-2012 using customer care number. And the request number was 176744671.
    I've requested the concerned executive to let me know when my connection was disconnected as well as the amount due on my number.


    But, I haven't got any information till date. But all of a sudden, I got a call from some legal department asking to make some payment. I just didn't understand how my earlier request for the due pending on my number has been ignored.


    Could you please explain me why my request has been ignored and has been passed to legal department without even informing me?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This complaint is regarding that my land line and broadband were not working from July 4, 2012 to July 24, 2012. we complained many times with reliance customer care and a waiver we have received is 143/-(for 7 days instead of 20 days). The connection was not resolved for 20 days, hence we should get it for 20 days. we spoke many times with reliance but they are not willing to waiver for 20days hence we moved to consumer court.


    As per customer care records , we have complained on 4th , 9th, 14th , 16th and 22nd of July 2012 and all the requests are closed on the same day stated as" resolved" except the 22nd one which got resolved on 24th july 2012, so they can give only 7 days waiver. Moreover, no service engineer visited our house to repair the connection for 4th, 9th, 14th and 16th july's complain but in their record they marked as resolved/closed.

    Requesting you to work with Reliance Communication to get 20 days waiver. you can contact with me on +91 96325 09190.

    Default number terminate due to portability from RIM(CDMA) to SMART(GSM)

    Dear Sir,
    Presently i am living in mumbai but my number is from indore (M.P.) my number is 9301165237,earlier this was RIM-CDMA number now to convert it in to GSM i request to Reliance Web World,[address- infront of T.I. Mall, M.G. Road. Indore (M.P.)] for the same and they provided me GSM sim on 02.08.2012 and after few days cdma sim deactivated but the GSM sim still not activated.

    I am regularly contacting cust. care they asked to contact reliance web world... i am visiting reliance web world at POWOI they are asking me to contact Indore's web world.....

    i dont know what is going on..... is any one in customer care either in any level of management who can help me out.... my other contact number is 9322102196.
