complaint agaist the deactivation
with due respect i wish to say that i have bought prepaid connection of reliance net connect on 2011 november from the dealer . but now i am suffering form the connection i replaced my data card and therafter my connection has been deactivated afterwards i submitted the documents as well but nothing happed i went to reliance web world but thier feedback did satisfy me . ms renu who is the employee of the reliance web world is not taking my complaint seriously and their way of talking is very bad as well . sir please resolve my problem please otherwise i have to go to consumer forum . i am from delhi and my data card number is 07428315490

Complaint is not resolved!!
This is to inform you that Reliance Co. had unnecessarily deducted money from my Reliance mob. no. 9023030524. While talking to your customer care Mr. JITENDER talked me in rough tone, disconnect the customer service number from their end and even blaming me nonsence that u have subscribed to callertunes. This is between 6.00 am to 7.00 am on 1st aug 2012 Just for making self profit these persons are destroying the goodwill of the Company. This is happening to me many times.
Please kindly i am requesting you again, not to deduct money from my cell phone Futher if my account is debited i will deactivate my sim and i go for another company sim like airtel or tata docomo as well as I will tell my friends, colleges too to go for another company as reliance management is cheating with Indian Public. So, be care for my request and return my deducted my back as that's the last time or i will file a suit in counsumer court and sent this complaint on many other sites on internet too if i not get my money back.

complaint regarding my landline phone
dear sir, this is ti bring to your kind notice that i am your customer from last ten years and from last few months i am very much unsatified with your services. i have made the complaint regarding my landline phone twice and till date nobody has visited my place. about 20 days have passed and no action ahs been taken,if this would be the consition then in am sorry to say i have to get this phone disconnected because when i am not able to speak to anybody then why to pay the bil so it si better to get disconnected and there are so amny options avaialble which is providing better service then you. if you can get my problem resolved within one or two days then it is fine otherwise let me know the procedure for getting this phone disconnected. my phonenumber is 011-32936118. adress is flat no-118, pocket-5 mayur vikahr ph-1, delhi-91.

Hi i am Nilesh Jain and recently purchase 2 post paid connections. One o 8824001366 is for using internet services through dongle and another no 8955441936 prepaid mobile no. But number which i have taken for internet usage show error "CONNECT FAILED". While talking to your customer care executive Mr Rahul he told me that we are helpless since your document verification is pending that's why your services are barred. Pls help me in this regard since i have no time to visit your office personally.Pls ask your executive to revisit and do the needful verification of my given address.

Phone lines are dead since morning
Our Office phone lines are dead since morning.
I have addressed the above issue to Mr Anand Shahane through email his email ID Anand.Shahane@relianceada.com and also sms's him which his response was that "there is a fiber cut in the zone due to which the lines are down and therefore will sms you back the expected time of resolution"..
After a couple of hours i tried to call him, follow up through email, but no response whatsoever..
In this scenario how do you expect a client to react if your representative/or Marketing head are giving a deaf ears and your services is poor
However, this seems this is not the FIRST TIME, but a frequent issue occurring time and again (in a month's time our phone lines went dead 4 times)
This is a major concern as its causing a great inconvenience to our day to day business
Besides, I have also logged a complaint, please find the complaint Number generated 00012088990 followed by an automated messaging system which stated the issue will be resolved in 24hrs time
I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the immediate earliest

Dear Sir / Madam
This refers to mail regarding the ungenuine charges has been taken by Reliance communication department . We are regular customer from last 5 years mob: 9312583042 after that we have decieded that we will be continue our broad band plan with reliance but ultimatley we are dissatified with your billing generation.
After regrous follow up of with customer care & Relaince web word saituated at Chaudhary modh , in Ghaziabad U.P. regarding the terminate the Mob: 8468883111 connection due to given the commitment of the flase plan which already discuss with customer care department & said terminate the mob. no. 8468883111 immediate basis but did not terminated the connection & regularly generating the bill after given the several request no.183134647 , 183842533 ,2868331880 180808656 &184590242 for reversal charges & termination of Mob no. 8468883111.
Today Night coversation Mr. Peeyush ( Relaince Customer Care) with mob:9312583042 , He has not taken serious action about the issue , not confirming any resolution,afterthat you can check it commmunication record with this no. to customer care department .
No one is serious to serve the customer service.

I had puchased Reliance Netconnect+ internet service on 17th March 2012.
1st bad experience was, after providing all the necessary docuemnts, service was stopped for almost 7 days due to negligance from relince cust care employee for not updating the correct user name in the database.
The plan which I purchased was 750 rupees unlimited download, with 3 mbps speed upto 5gb and around 200 kbps after that.
I was not even getting 100 kbps speed for first 5gb datausage, when I called cust care, they were saying that around Aundh area in Pune, there is maintenace work going on in Pimple Nilakh, due to which they cant provide the speed upto 30th June.
My question is here, If Reliance authorities were aware of such maintenance work then why in first place I was not told that I would not be getting speed more than 100kbps.
This is clear case if cheating.
Today's date is 6th Aug and I am still facing the same problem.
I want atleast 500 rupees waiver if its not possible then I wont be paying bill for this month.

Network Coverage issue, No Action on Complaint
Hello Reliance/Nodal Officer,
I have raised 2 Complaint back to back for Network Coverage issue which is faced again and again after every 3 to 6 Months.
Can you please Permanently Resolve the issue as It occurring frequently .
Please Note I am facing this Network issue in other Reliance mobile aswell.so It not the Device fault.

I have recently taken a reliance postpaid conx and submitted all the req documents. yet within a week our conx was temporraily terminated without any advaced warning or a reason. When we contacted reliance store, they told us to submit the documents again...and we left the req documents again at the store. It has been more than 10 days and we spokwe twice to customer care rep as well. They said that the conx wud be reinstated but now after trying desparately for 4 days we have been unable to contact any living and talking person on rel customer care ( each of the rep is always busy despite my trying continuously for 2 hrs). DOn't knopw what to do..i think i should surrender teh conx. Reliance is a big name but the service and customer care aspect is pathetic..beyond hope and disgusting....I know it is useless since even after almost 3 weeks i am w/o the working conx...how can they be so irresponsible and useless...

My self Mehul parmar from Anand, GUjarat and i would like to submit a complaint on behalf of our company Alian Software located in Anand, Gujarat (388 001). We are having a problem in Internet Lease line connection from Reliance Communication Infrastructure Limited. As per their commitment, any problem in connection will be solved within 4 hrs but its 4th day now the problem is not solved.
The connection was down since 11th aug but the office was closed though our server seems on 24 hrs and due to connectivity problem, it was down. Then we submitted a complaint in Morning (13th Aug) and at 9:39am, i received sms confirmation that the problem will be solved within 4 hours though its neither solved nor any field technician arrive to solve the issue. some of the responsible persons stopped receiving our phone call. sometimes they just switch off the phone.
No one respond us that if complete does not complete their commitment than what should be done? whether company will give any compensation or any other relieve or not. We are IT company and we work on hourly basis mostly for foreign clients who may pay us from $15 to $20 or more PER HOURS, and due to Rcom, we are making loss upto 200 to 300 hrs a day which will cost upto $2000 a day.
We want to get the compensation from RCOM and want to get rid of the issues. They said that we will have such connection problem on frequent basis during the whole monsoon. It means that they can only provide a proper service in remaining 8 months and we should go with other company for either monsoon or should replace Reliance completely with another company as our Internet service provider.
Reliance seems very poor in providing the service, seems like they are not technically strong to provide service in Monsoon. Even their technicians can't visit the field in rain which means you are not allowed to work in rain, just pause the business and start booking loss. That's it.
We prefer not to deal with reliance if you are willing to have internet specifically for business purpose.
