    Angry Even after repeated reminders unable to get the resolution of my complaint from Relianceada.com



    For your ready reference the details of complaint logged under Service Request
    ID 178832089 (On 08/05/2012 at 02:05:33 PM) is as below -

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    1. I am using Reliance Netconnect+ No. 7520725430 for more than one year..
    2. I requested to opt for the Plan of Rs 400/- per month in April 2011 but it was processed in Dec 2011.
    3. During this period every time I was told that your request is under process and to make payment
    according to bill generated. They ensure me to give waiver in subsequent bill.
    4.. Believing the commitment of your staff, I complied to make payment regularly well in time before the
    due date of bill payment as per the every bill amount.
    5. After waiting a long for waiver in Dec 2011 when I asked strictly the reason in delay to refund the
    extra payment made by me without no fault of mine, Mr Shashank Sharma Reliance
    Executive (Meerut Office) managed to give me waiver of Rs 1050/- only at that point of
    time & assure me to refund/adjust balance waiver of approx Rs 4000/- in next bill.
    6. Believing his words I kept continuing monthly bill payments & my Reliance Net connection services.
    7. Again after waiting a long, when I visited your office in Meerut, Mr Rahul Sharma Mobile No.
    9368269090 (Reliance Executive, Meerut Office) and Reliance Staff showed their inability
    to listen my grievance on the plea that Mr Shashank Sharma (Reliance Executive, Meerut
    Office) and Mr Kuldeep Verma (Speed Communication, Meerut) both of them has left and
    are no more here & more over previous Franchisee i.e. Speed Communication, Meerut
    and related staff has also been changed.
    8. I also came to know that Mr Kuldeep Verma Mobile No. 9358585841 has been shifted to Hapur
    Reliance Office & Mr Asif Mobile No. 9359999950 is working with the Reliance new
    Franchisee appointed in place of Speed Communication in Meerut.
    9. It is requested kindly to look in this matter and refund me the extra amount of approx Rs 4000/- paid
    by me according to instructions & false commitment of aforesaid staff otherwise I shall
    suffer a lot for no fault of mine.

    Kindly take care of these materials so as to maintain customer's faith in Reliance Services.

    And i want to complaint on the customer care floor supervisor Mr.D.Prasad i spoke with him on 3rd june 2012 at 4:09pm,he was very rude with me and he doubled my frustration with his behavior and i was requested so many times to make me call from customer care Manager Mr.Nagender as every time he is busy with other works but still he didn't made me call.

    Angry Reliance communication is harassing me!

    I USED to be a reliance net connect customer for about 2 years. And my net connect number was - 9372306409.

    I never used to receive bills on my email address. Only when I called and mentioned this they used to send a "duplicate" bill. They told me multiple times that my email address was not correct in the system.
    I must have logged a request at least 10 times in the two years to correct the email address with Reliance - it never happened.

    The online portal was a completely useless tool - many times you could not see the bill; the service requests logged would be closed without any explaination or many times without doing anything about those requests. Sometimes the requests just vanished - with no way of knowing what happened to them.

    I had requested for a data plan change in Feb 12, which never took place.

    I finally got really tired of the bad customer service and on March 28th, 2012 registered a request to cancel my connection. (Complain # 175798715). The complaint was taken down and I was told that it will be taken care of in the next 2 days. After this, I got multiple calls from Reliance customer care asking me to "give another chance" - which I declined. I also got a call telling me that I can use the net connect for free for 3 months, which too I declined.

    And then the messages started -

    I got the folliwng message 8 times starting on 8th May -
    "Last date to clear the overdue Rs. 1212 vide CAF 500000651639 at earliest to avoid any legal procedure. Contact 8928526943"

    I also got calls from reliance people who were now being very rude, and made me feel glad I had decided to go away from Reliance. I explained the complete case to multiple customer care representatives who called me - how I had asked for data plan to be changed, which didn't happen and how I had registered a request for cancelation of service on 28th March and that Reliance can't bill me after that. None of them took cognizance of this. And the messages continued. And so I ignored them.

    Then on 28th May I got the following message -
    "After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs. 1212 Vide Caf 500000651639. Hence be present on 30/05/12 for Advocate conciliation.Contact 8928526943"

    So now the tone had changed. You were trying to scare me. But I continued to ignore.

    Then the tone of the message went one more level up and from 14th June I am getting following message -
    "After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs. 1212 vide Caf 500000651639 Hence requesting you to be present at Pune Court on 23/06/2012."

    On 19th June 2012, at 11:11 AM I got a call supposedly from your legal department (number - 020-3242-0851). I again explained the complete case. While I was telling him that your online portal is useless, he cut the call and did not call back. And later on another message (message #3 above) arrived.

    I would like to understand the following -
    1.Why would Reliance not communicate with me in writing? Why would you not send me email or written letter about these?
    2.Why do they think it is OK to keep sending me threatening messages without taking into account what I have been telling the customer care representatives?
    3.Do they not understand that what they are doing is harassing me?

    I want this nonsense to stop. If they want to communicate on this further then they communicate with me in writting.

    Sonali,

    i don't think they understand anything. i have had a similar problem and made a complaint 3 times here but still the results are the same.

    i even have written proofs of their mistakes but still they keep threatening me on the phone and on top of that even after disconnection of my services 5 months ago, i still receive bills from them. i don't think this would be of any use.

    i dont know if they have sent me any court notice etc as i dont live at the earlier residence which even reliance knows about coz everything started with shifting of my connection.

    Default Regarding Wrong bill generated and wrong charges imposed

    Dear Authority

    I have two concerns to say

    1) I was using a reliance post paid gsm service (8881118151). The bill raised in the month of May the due date was 1st June 2012 to which i paid on 1st July 2012. but the executives over there didn't updated it on their portal/system and I was getting recovery calls for the same. i explained everything to the executive and asked him to take my complaint. When I asked him for the complaint number, he told me that i will get that i SMS. After few calls and explanations finally the executive at the collection center updated the payment on system/portal. Even then on next bill generation date i.e. 14 June 2012 my services were suspended. and late payment charges were imposed. I wrote few mails to customer care and they with my both concerns but they only replied that services are suspended because of nonpayment of bill amount. I also wrote to Mr. Neeraj kumer gupta ( a reliance official at Lucknow) but i didn't got the satisfactory answer from him as well.


    2) Also I was using a reliance net connect number and because of continuous problems in service i requested to surrender the connection (9368874426) on 14 Apr 2012. Services were suspended within 48 hours and I was told by company executives that number will be cancelled once i will make the payment. On scheduled date my bell was generated of rs 776.51 to which I made a payment of Rs 777 at Preet Vihar New Delhi Reliance web world. The executive over there said that she will mark a mail to the authority and the connection will be permanently canceled. Now today I got another bill on my mail for then same number os Rs127. I don't understand how can this be possible.

    This complaint is regarding the change of Internet plan from current Rs.99 plan to my old plan ,that is Rs.999 plan (12mbps), which has been denied to me citing reasons that I am ineligible for Rs.999 plan, even though i was using this same plan for 5-6 months prior to changing to Rs.99 plan.


    My details are as follows :

    Reasons for complaint :-

    I have been using the Rs.999(12mbps) plan for 5-6 months and ,only in the first week of June 2012, i had requested for change to a minimum data service plan, as i was out of station. I had specifically confirmed whether i would be able to revert back to my Rs.999 plan after a month, and i was positively told ,it would be possible.

    I have made several calls to the customer care service ,who have denied changing my plan to my old Rs.999 plan, giving reasons that I'm ineligible for R.s999 plan because I have an ADSL modem and not the fixed line Ethernet connection.

    I would like to inform you that I was using the Rs.999 plan for a long time, 5-6 months or more, with the same equipment ,modem without any change and I'm therefore extremely appalled at the ridiculous reasoning for denial of this plan to me.

    I don't understand how I was given the Rs.999 in the first place,if I couldn't use it with ADSL modem.


    I would like to humbly request you to kindly change my Internet plan to Rs.999 (12mbps) as soon as possible and also make sure customers are well informed about not being able to revert to plans when they are changing them.I was told i would be able to revert and now I'm told i can't, which is ridiculous.

    Default Reliance Miscommunication

    Hi, i had been using reliance prepaid number since last 4 years i was using reliance to reliance 799 plan.
    one day i got a call from some reliance outlet that same features i will get in Rs. 449 in postpaid.
    The reliance person came to my house and i gave him the security amount and my number was converted into postpaid.

    But when i got my first bill, i was charged for other network calls, and so i complained on 198(complaint no 177382688)
    nut i didnt got any solution and my complaint was closed.
    So i again called on customer care they registered a new complaint(complaint no 177746202) where they mentioned that
    i will get waiver for this miscommunication which i never got and now they are saying i need to go to web world to get
    this waiver.

    Now i went to web world in nirmaan vihaar delhi on 30th june, and they said they can not take my complaint as it is saturday.
    I asked them i want my number back in prepaid and they said they can not do it. i called customer care and after that they were
    ready to take my request, but this time they said you address proof does not match, but i was giving them the same permanent address proof
    but they said they want my billing address proof, which i never had and i never submitted to reliance.

    They said they want it. But how can i provide a non existing document. shall i prepare one for them??

    Lastly i told them to disconnect my connection but they still want my billing proof.

    Unhappy Complaint Againt activation & Deduction of charge for the service I have never request.

    Hello there,

    My self Harish Sharma using Relience India Mobile GSM connection SIM Number +917827701181, from the date I purchased this number i have faced RIM has deducte amount from my balance so many times on the behalf of services that i have never ever been request for & the time i tried to talk to costomer executive of the same, they replied with unsetisfactory answers & since than i stop make big recharges on my number. Just two days before I have charge my number with Rs. 150 & now they deducte another time Rs 30 as God mOrning Greetings service & I have never apply for do so....

    you are requested to look into this metter

    I asked them i want my number back in prepaid and they said they can not do it. i called customer care and after that they were
    ready to take my request, but this time they said you address proof does not match, but i was giving them the same permanent address proof
    but they said they want my billing address proof, which i never had and i never submitted to reliance.

    They said they want it. But how can i provide a non existing document. shall i prepare one for them??

    Lastly i told them to disconnect my connection but they still want my billing proof.
