    Default Reliance thrice negligence, no customer care help

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was using Reliance netconnection services since July 2009 with username 9371409180. I work as a medical transcriptionist from home through net, and I get paid on a daily basis.
    My net services were blocked by you twice in month of January (18/01/2010 & 22/01/2010) without any intimation. I had visited your webworld for further assistance, but received no help, only asking me to pay Rs. 5000 or wait till the new bill is generated and all this took place even after I had paid Rs 2,130 (receipt no. S156362511) on 18/01/2010. My services were blocked from 22/01/2010 and calling customer care and visiting webworld did not help and all caused in my losing a month's pay. Again, I had not been intimated about my service restoration in anyways and was not aware as I have been outstation during these periods to save my job, and during these periods, a bill received on month of April 2010 had been paid by my relatives.

    TWICE NEGLIGENCE ----------I have not used their services after they had terminated my service without intimation and again gave waive off and started my service without intimation from **********22/01/2010*******.

    I have gone through a lot of mental torture during these periods and I rang customer care to terminate their services and explained all the losses caused due to their negligence and extra month paid and they did mention that they will solve and terminate service.

    Later after almost a year in April 2012, i am getting harsh call from their advocate {blackmailing} to pay oustanding amount around Rs 3,000 or pay 25,000 Rs and she was rude to cut the phone also.

    It is sad so much of problem caused by them with giving no help when visiting webworld or making call to their large customer support.

    After ringing to different customer care team superior, junior and explaining the same.. why do not they understand simple problem

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was using a broadband connection from Reliance and it worked fine till the date i asked for a disconnection as I was shifting from my previous address. I first asked them to shift my internet and they said they would have to check the feasibility and call me later. they never called me up on the contrary when i called them up they said it is not feasible in the new location so asked for a disconnection of my services.

    After 4 days of my disconnection request I called them up so check and they said it would take a minimum of 7 days (which is fine with me though i wasn't using internet at all as i already shifted). After 7 days when i called they said it would be done in some days. weeks passed. After a month I received another bill with 1 month charge that i didn't even use. Again they never called to ask anything except for "when am i going to pay the bill" finally the services got disconnected not due to my request but due to non payment of bills. On asking them again they said, first make all the payments then only we can disconnect (really). After this i refused to pay a single penny if they didn't disconnect my connection and only charge me what i should be charged. after a lot of arguments and calls from my side only (they are never bothered about services only money is what they need) they finally agreed and sent me a full and final statement. They said an executive would come at your new premises to collect money as you cant make a payment online as your connection is disconnected (on which i said OK). No executive ever visited my premises. Below is the content of the document i received from reliance.

    As per records of the company there is an outstanding amount of 1046/- from your billing for the Invoice generated till 21-JAN-12 However you have made the payment of Rs.00.00/- (Total amount is waiver) in order to clear your outstanding. (This is full & final Payment.)
    Your services have already terminated , your t.t no is- 172943520


    Today i received a call from a lawyer stating "I am a corporate lawyer of reliance. your outstanding dues are 3,641.23 so if you want to settle this outside court then let me know otherwise you would have to pay 35000 if i submit this in court" like he is threatening me. Also this bill is according to the lately generated bill on Apr-4 i.e. even after the full and final statement is sent to me.

    @Reliance: please stop torturing me. i have a life beyond reliance internet services as well and let me live. if you want, send an executive to my new premises and ask them to collect the full and final money and get over with it. I would really never suggest reliance to any one any more.

    i am a Reliance Service Subscriber.
    i am really fed up of the service provided by RELIANCE..Whenever i recharge my account they just deduct my balance and when we complaint against then they give stupid answer that you have activated so and so service and you are being charged for it...but i really don't know which service is activated.

    Today it was ridiculous with me...i just recharged an SMS pack of Rs 39(sms @ 1p/sms) and when i tried to send an message then it was charging Rs1 instead of 1p..so i called to customer care Executive and i got Mr Salman online as a customer care executive..and i discussed my problem and asked for the solution for it then he answered that there is one more sms pack activated on your number of Rs.5 and because of it you are being charged Rs.1 per sms...and asked me should i deactivate it??
    then i said him that i don't know about any such pack i know that i have just recharged sms pack of Rs 39 (i.e 1p per sms) and i want its service...but its charging me Rs 1 per sms...i dont know what you saying about that Rs 5 pack...if its the reason i am charging Rs1 then deactivate it but DON'T DEACTIVATE RS. 39 SMS PACK....then he replied that don't worry sir i'l not deactivate your Rs 39 sms pack..i'l just deactivate that Rs5 sms pack....and said you just try messaging after 1 hour you vil not charge Rs1....then i tried after 1hour...and the problem was at the same state....so i again called to customer care department and i told him everything...then he said that there is no any SMS pack of Rs39 activated on your number...i was just shocked....i talked with the team leader of that department but he said we can't do anything...you will have to recharge again to avail this scheme....

    really saying RELIANCE SERVICE IS THIRD CLASS...and i'l say every1 about this and i vil say don't use RELIANCE SERVICE....

    and viewers just port to some good service providers like airtel or vodafone....reliance just fool to their customers...

    My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and my Reliance CDMA Mobile no.is 9313953861 . Yesterday 16.04.2012 Afternoon my mobile no.outgoing and incoming service is stop without information. I called Reliance customer care again to again but no any response pl.help me and resolve my problem.This is my primary no. really saying RELIANCE SERVICE IS THIRD CLASS...and i'l say every1 about this and i vil say don't use RELIANCE SERVICE....

    i wanted to complain about my reliance sim to kalakar street reliance communication kolkata for the theft of my mobile and to lock my sim but ur customer care man told me that he wont take any complain or stop our sim and didnt even bother to take the complain and said me no and told me he will not take my complain....
    sir please look after it or we have to switch any other networks or complain about it to consumer court

    Changed Plan,Excess bil,Threat call by Reliance Communication-"NetConnect"
    I bought a “Reliance Netconnect” connection(number-) on Date:2/10/2011(approx) Adress:- Forum Mall,Bangalore, While buying it I opted for a suitable postpaid/Default connection for me.I used it and got a bill of Rs 426 for( Default connection) .
    The next month when I enquired about my balance I got to know they have changed it to ”unlimited” connection without my approval.And customer care told that current bill is appx. 1500 which was not possible as I was rarely used it.when I went the same shop and asked for copy of my form which I have submitted at the time of taking the connection to verify the opted offer(default/unlimited plan), they simply denied saying they have submitted it to main branch and they don’t keep any copy of it.Which meant indirectly that I have to go with a plan which I have not choosen and have to pay the bill as well., I told customer care to change my plan ,And they told that they have changed it to default plan” which didn’t happen actually and I was keep on getting calls from Reliance. As I was pissed off with their service and response I decided not to continue their service.,
    The next month they sent a bill of Rs3000 and ever since I am getting threatening calls for not paying the pending bills. Yesterday they called me with a threat they do a legal action against me., I don’t consider it as my fault as I have chosen a postpaid default plan” and not a unlimited” connection then why should I pay the bills.

    I am very much disappointed specially if a big and known company like Reliance communication will harass and give threat calls like this . Requesting consumer forums to look into this and help me out., (Complaining the same in other consumer national forums to short it out immediately).

    Managing Director

    I had taken data card and dissconnected in december 2011 informed to the office by phone and emails. I issued email dtd 1st feb 2012. Full and final payment against the bill was made and a certificate was issued by your office. Thereafter again bill is submitted for which i had issued legal notice and request to withdraw your bill. Wide email dtd 11/3/12, 13/3/12 and 30/3/12, no reply is recieved. I have also informed of filing criminal
    complaint for cheating on 15/4/12 and a copy of the draft complaint also sent. till date no reply is received. Kindly intervene to stop harassement to me. My mobile no. is 91670 25720.
