Sub:Experiencing Speed Issues for past 1 month and the problem is not yet resolved.
MY Reliance Netconnect BroadBand+ Data card Number is 9391421364 and i'm under 10gb day and 10gb night citywide plan.I want to place a complain corresponding to internet speed issues.The so advertised claims by reliance that it offers the best internet speed is based on false grounds as i have been facing severe speed issues for past 1 month and i have constantly brought the same to the customer care notice several times.The response i get is that there are some congestion areas in Hyderabad where the speed is lower due to some technical problems and will be rectified soon. When asked about some specific date they respond that it might take upto 10 to 20 days to rectify the issue.Meanwhile, they continue to register new customers for the affected areas which i suppose will further magnify the problem and is sheer deception towards customers on part of the company.When asked about the particulars of the areas the list includes almost all the areas in Hyderabad and the inference i draw from this is that when a city like Hyderabad is facing such issues what would be the fate of rural areas.Hence, the claim that it offers seamless connectivity throughout India is just FAKE.Also, the customer care personnel refuse to register any complains regarding this issue stating that they cannot register any complains on this particular issue as it is under rectification.
This is nothing but an act of procrastination as in reality there is no such team working on it, otherwise the problem would have been rectified, as a period of 1 month is ample time to resolve the issue.The attitude of the customer care individuals is very ignorant and untrustworthy.All this is causing me a lot of inconvenience and no assurance of resolution.
I have taken up this connection because, firstly, it is wireless connection(available everywhere) and secondly, claims to be the fastest, but i have been proven wrong and feel deceived by reliance as it is neither fast nor available everywhere.No compensation in the billing is offered even though the whole fault is from the reliance's end, so at-least offer some assurance that the issue is under rectification by specifying some particular date of rectification or by registering complains from the customers on this issue. Kindly, resolve the matter as soon as possible else it will prompt me to take legal action by approaching the consumer court. My address and email is provided above.
