    Dear Sir/Madam,

    (CMD COMPLIANT NO: 10982)

    Already I sent a compliant dated Nov-26-10 to telecom chairman Mr.chandrasekar regarding “BSNL TAMIL NADU TELECOM CIRLCE’s WRONG BILLING & NO SUCH GRIEVANCES FROM LAST 1 YEAR APPROXIMATELY (Feb 2010 to present) “. But his immediate action is fully waste and my problem continuous. Then I send another compliant with necessary to CMD Mr.Chandrasekar again in last week. But no such reply I received then I sent another reminder of 2nd compliant to CMD, No such actions taken by the CMD and his department till yet AS WELL AS NODAL OFFICER ALSO. NODEL OFFICER TOLD TO ME TO SPEAK WITH PRO IN VELLORE AND PRO DIDNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

    So I will registered my compliant against BSNL CMD, CGM AND HIS ASSISTANCE , VELLORE SSA GM , GM ASSISTANCE , ACCOUNTS OFFICER, PRO, SDE , CUSTOMER CARE AND FINALLY ARNI BRANCH JE, SDE. THESE LEVEL OFFICERS DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACTION TO SOLVE THE ISSUE TILL YET AND ACT ME AS A POLISH.


    As per CMD’s immediate action, An officer I think AGM from Tamil Nadu BSNL CGM Office spoke with me via 09486100111, regarding the issue & he was told me to my billing has been solved and corrected billing of Rs.276 (fixed monthly) will be come from Jan 2011 onwards. As per that CGM office intimation, Arni Branch office & Vellore SSA removed of EVDO and Created NIC Plan.

    But the currently 20-Jan-2011 my connection terminated again (5th time). And I already paid all bills. And such due in my original account.

    From May 2010 to still there is no such grievance should be given by bsnl to stop this wrong product inclusion to my account and every time I loosed two woking days plus expenses to meet vellore accounts officer to re-connect my line. And arni sde told me trichy billing unit putting EVDO+NIC bills (For one device of U100 linktop NIC CARD). But they provided NIC CARD for internet and they are billing EVDO+NIC for every month and told me pay only for NIC and finally I am paying continuously for NIC card usage. In Every two months once my connections were terminated and it will continue.

    I am using NIC device but bills generating for EVDO+NIC for one No. 4162000028 (Customer ID 502668489). How it is possible?

    I requested to SDE BSNL ARNI OFFICE to re-connect my modem then take the action to solve this problem. They told it is not easy thing. After loosed two working days and lind requested, they re-connected my connection. And told me trichy billing unit and vellore SSA will take the action in future. So I am paying every month rent and getting suffers due to worthless service provider. I am very sorry to say this. I requesting from aug-10 to vellore and arni branch from bottom level to top of the officers , “ please send the fax message to trichy unit to solve the problem .” but they doesn’t care about my complaints , requests everything.

    Such actions are really voidable under Consumer protection act 1986 and TRAI guideless.

    I already sent a compliant to TRAI but the officer send the reply mail to me to meet the nodal officer in his reply. But I already Aug 10 to tillyet am speaking with nodal officer to solve this problem. But they didn’t consider my problem. Then I was moved into CMD, New Delhi.

    Sir, As per the CMD immediate and kind action as on last November 2010, is fully not use for me. I am very sorry to say this. I think VELLORE SSA never contacts TRICHY BILLING UNIT to solve the problem till yet. Then only they didn’t took any actions while I sent my next complaints .

    So please take the necessary action against “TRICHY BILLING UNIT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS SHORTLY AND STOP DISCONNECTION AND ENSURE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE. BECAUSE MY PROBLEM REACHED TO ONE YEAR.”

    IN MY EVERY COMPLIANT (FROM CMD TO BRANCH SDE) I MENTIONED IF IT IS CONTINUED MEANS I WILL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT, BUT THEY DOESN’T CONSIDER THIS ISSUE. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING RECORDINGS OF PHONE CALLS ALSO AS WELL AS EMAILS AND PRINTS & REGISTERED LETTER COPY AND ITS ORIGINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT CARD ALSO.


    One year suffer is not an easy issue please think about the grievance period to solve single issue. Kindly consider position from last one year to till date. I am very sorry to disturb you, because I have no way in TELECOM DEPT HELP and fully depend on your actions.

    SOLUTIONS I AM LOOKING FROM HONORABLE CONSUMER COURT:

    1. TO ENSURE MY GRIEVANCE THAT MEANS STOPPAGE OF ADDING ADDITIONAL PRODUCT IN MY ACCOUNT.

    2. PLEASE TAKE THE DEPARTMENTAL ACTION AGAINST THOSE OFFICERS REGARDING THEIR BAD SERVICES.

    3. COURT WILL PUT THE ORDER AGAINST BSNL FOR DAMAGES OF FINANCIAL LOSSES TO MEET VELLORE SSA OFFICERS AND CGM OFFICE IS CHENNAI (NEARLY 200KMS TRAVEL) SO MANY TIMES, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STRESS WHILE FEB 2010 TO STILL WHICH ARE CONTINUOUSLY GIVEN MY BSNL.


    so please give me a way to solve this problem or to achieve above the solutions.
