I am Deep Lal Sharma. we six guys live in PG in Rajpura (Rajpura). we wanted to get internet installed at our PG. so we talked to one of SALES man of CONNECT and sorry but we dont know his name but we have his cell number. its 9915090613. he came to our home after a call.He told us the plan and the tarriffs and difficulties in installation too. but then after that he said we will have internet in 3 days that is Tuesday but its Friday now and nothing has been done. yesterday he came in eve and asked for the money and said tomorrow our man will come and install modem and line. our boys refused but he said you have to give it today. so they gave. today everybody is busy calling him and he is not picking our calls. he is disconnecting our phone. in the evening he calls himself to one of my friend and says i am sorry we cannot install your internet due to some problems. i am coming to return your money.
he wasted our 7 days. if he could have told us earlier then we would have approached some other providers. we has two holidays in between but now we will have to bunk our classes to the internet job done. everybody is angry here. its not at all the way.
