Default Reliance Internet Data Card 1x Causing Innumerable Problems Since Date of Purchase

I would like to report my complaint against the Reliance !x Data Card I purchased on the 9th of December, 2010. Since the date of purchase it has encountered n numbers of problems sometimes associated with the surfing speed and some times due to network un availability. Its a total Rs. 3000/- worth of loss for me. The price of the data card is worth Rs. 1500 and the unlimited usage plan for 3 months costed me another 1499.

Default Tata photon connectivity problem not solved since sep' 10

I am using Tata Photon internet connection since long, suddenly since Sep'2010 it started with connectivity issues and very low internet speed.

I has been following them since the problem has arisen but I think TATA Photon guys are not interested solving the problem. I has exchanged various e-mails with them and lots of commitments from them with confirm dates for resolution, but of no vein. Till date the problem persists with no solution.

I am happy they had been courtesying enough to send there executives to my place, but the standard reply "Due to overload on existing towers the problem shall continue for some time, but we assure that it will be resolved soon"

I do not understand that is the problem cannot be resolved why bills for every month are raised.

Please help me with an Advocate to proceed my case in Consumer Forum.

    Default complaint

I bought a new Hi-speed 1X USB reliance modem on 16th may. From the 1st day itself, it creating head ache to me. Wen i press connect button in the connection tab window, it shows a window 'Device not connected or unavailable'.... That USB port recognises all pen drives, except our MODEM. !
So, it is our modem problem! What should i do now?

Reply me as soon as possible.
