My Airtel Landline / Broadband Connection is - 0120 4114945, I have requested for shifting to Jaipuria Greens Sunrise Appts, Even after repeated calls to customer service(more than 3 weeks), I am not getting the work done. They have even started the billing cycle strange. Neither telephone is working nor the BroadBand connection.
When ever I call Customer service, they promise it will be activated within 8 hours or tomorow, I don't know when will the tomorrow come...
I have even told customer service rep for disconneciton of service and told will complain to consumer court...
I don't think they are really serious about the matter.
need help to speed up the process....
