I bought my Idea net setter 6-7 months back with the idea that it would provide a high speed internet connection as promised by various advertisements shown in t.v. and newspapers. To my disappointment when i started using it, i found out that it was just the opposite. I had been promised a speed of atleast 20-30 kbps , but it actually gave me 0.01-2 kbps max upto 5. Unfortunately, this speed does not even provide enough browsing speed, leave aside downloading.

I called up the customer care, where i was told that there might be some problem with the network in my area which is hard to digest coz my area is connaught place which is in central delhi and not periphery. Eversince, i have been calling up customer care every now and then. Initially, they tried to address my calls sincerely, though i wasnt satisfied with the improvement in the net. Slowly, they grew bored with my calls and stopped picking up my no. If ever they pick my call, they give lame excuses like server is down or we have refreshed your parameters and it would take a few hours to take effect.

I bought this net setter for Rs. 2500 and a monthly payment of Rs. 900, and havent been able to utilize even half the money. I can neither get my money refunded nor get the customer care people to pick up my call.
