Dear sirs
We are an internet service user from a private provider. the name of the service provider is Hathway cable & Datacom Pvt ltd, Baroda. Since last one month, we are facing a problem of slow speed or almost server breakdown everyday after 7 pm and this was brought to notice of concern personnel by way of various complaints made to them over phone. We must have called them atleast 7-8 times and spent over Rs. 200 over calls. We even visited their Baroda office also but no solution. We also observed that there were many other customers also who were there to make similar complaints. We have our neighbours who are also frustrated with this service provider. We infact asked the service provider to solve the problem completely and give us the suitable compensation by way of giving us the extension. Finally we sent him a mail stating that if we are not responded then we will be forced to take legal help but it seems that, this also not bothering him.
