    Default Tata PhotonPlus Speed Issue

    I have bought tata photon plus with commitment of speed upto 3.1 mbps, i am getting only 300 kbps, i made complaint to them nobody responded, then i made complaint to Nodal office and they replied if i am getting 300 kbps speed and download rate 25 kbps then it is much better, and we cannot provide much better speed, i said what about 3.1 mbps your are giving in add, the reply is only upto in some area, i asked which area in whole mumbai i would like to go and check but the denied to reply, that means there are fraud, not a single day i have received atleast 1.5 mbps a half of commitment, then i keep on complaining them with no answer, at last i asked that the statement you gave me the best speed 300 kbps is then please give me in writing or email because i want to show other people that you your self had give statement of good speed is 300 kbps, but they never reply my email, now on force and request to MD, they sent me email that they cannot give me desire speed in my area, i asked them less than 100 meter you have terminal from my house, and this your service man told me still you cannot provide me speed, but they have no answer, that means they dont want to give, and they charges they want in ful wether you get speed or service, only fake add on website, we satisfy our customer from MD also, i wrote to MD also but the reply is same, please beware of TATA INDICOM and specially PHOTON PLUS , once you bought the device then you have no option to cancel, if you cancel you will loose your money they will not refund you, i am tired of complaining them, i have kept their email with me if any one want to see please email me i will sent you, in reply they said they are working to give coverage to my area, less than 100 meter terminal they already have now what they are going to do put on my head then i will receive the speed, it is fraud, they dont have facility, my request is only to them that take back their device so I can buy from some other good-one, i cannot afford their speed it is worst then modem of 64kbps
