I am an airtel internet user from Kolkata, West Bengal. This company is sending us bills regularly in excess. i dont think its possible that so much bill can come for using internet, when airtel can provide unlimited service for a span of one year in a package of Rs.7000, then how can they charge Rs.25000 in a time period of just 4 months? People are coming regularly from the airtel office n asking us for money. We have already paid around Rs.15000 in parts. Each time a new airtel agent comes asking for money as per the bill, and each time they promise us for a settlement and then they take money and do nothing, they dont even cancel this connection inspite of making promises to settle the matter in some amount of money.
This a request to the Consumer court to please see to this unfair billing system.
