    iam javed i took internet connection from rovelson infocom Hyderabad . unlimited 96kbps plan...
    my problem is that i get 96 kbps at night but during day the speed is 40 kbps i had told about this problem to the worker (one who gave connection to me by coming to my home) he said that it is common to all customers and told he cannot solve my problem and gave me his boss number then i called the boss and told him about my problem ... the real problem is that boss says there is no such problem (worker accepted it) and told he will solve it if there is any problem but my problem is till not solved... already one month has completed but my problem is not solved at
    what can i do to get my problem solved

    no sir it is not shared and it is dedicated i mean iam completely paying money for it 3000 for 6 months
