First: I was trying to book a Tatkal ticket today morning on an urgent basis but the internet service is not working with an error "Service Unavailable" nothing else.

Second: This is my third IRCTC A/C. And all previous accounts have been locked. I have tried to with a lot to unlock the accounts but failed. And when tried to reopen the with same email id its saying email id already in use which means i am not wrong to recover the account but still failed to recover both the accounts. Fortunately my third acc is still working.

NB: I didn't find such a worst service so ever. I believe this is the biggest surfing site handling with un-professional people. Why don't the site is maintained by any professional organization who are expert maintaining the web sites.
