against Reliance broadband netconnection

    Default against Reliance broadband netconnection

    Respected sir,
    I am using reliance data card of the number 9380493309 i purchased this card on 10th November 2010. in the plan of 3GB of rental 850 per month... I called to customer care from 11th of November that i can't view my usage amount... they said it was under technical issue and i was allowed to view my data usage only after 18th i.e. after their billing date,... and now they said it cause about 7GB in my data usage,.... before getting Data card i was working on my Bsnl Broadband which caused me around 2.7 GB per month... even though I have not downloaded any data in my reliance DATA card i was just surfing in tat... i just want to know in What basis they are calculating their Data usage and weather they are following their calculation under TRAI regulations and i asked them their details under INDIAN RIGHT TO KNOW ACT OF YEAR 2005 in which i was refused to know my information and i was insulted by their customer care by "they asked me to wait on line and disconnected my call " in the date of 21/12/2010 timing around 1.30pm i called to customer care number 180030005555 from +919943211190... And also given them complaint against my data usage in which they didn't replied their complaint in any form to me and closed that complain. Number is 143411728 and most importantly they deactivated my number without any intimation and also given complaint number of 143495766 about their deactivation without any intimation for that too they didn't gave any proper response even after their dead line of resolving complaint status of 24hrs... According to TRAI regulation they should have reported to me before 24hrs of deactivation in which I would have taken necessary steps to avoid of deactivation and also I have given the data usage complaint only. In which I have not got any response and in between that my card was deactivated for the same reason....
