I 'm student and when i came to m.p. From ranchi my photon plus not working it's speed is not exceeding 30 kbps while in ranchi it was giving speed more then 250kbps.........tell some sollution what should i do..

I bought Tata Photon Plus in july they claim the speed to be 3.1 ro 1.7 mbps but i never had that speed ,I called customer care as well many times but no joy ,I am very depressed and unhappy is there any thing that will keep it words and work efficiently in india,corporate are also very corrupt this is the proof of it my tata photon number is 9205446413, Please help me out .....Though it worked fine when i bought it but now i feel so depressed .........plz worship ur work and work honestly and I promise India will be the best cpuntry in world.....

I have been using Tata Photon+ for the last 15 days, the speed is dead slow. Oh man its horrible and the service so pathetic. I did a


big mistake by switching on to Tata from Airtel; The reason I switched was airtel was charging just Rs. 200 more than Tata. We can


never compare TATA with airtel. Airtel products are very quality and service is awsome. TATA service is pathetic. I am very


disappointed by the speed. promised speed of up to 3.1 Mbps But I never got 100 KBPS too. Why is TATA cheating people saying 3.1


MBPS? Oh God please help I have paid Rs. 1800 already for the dongle.. Why it is so expensive when teh quality is so low. How can I


get my refund
