I had applied for an internet connection with IPTV installation last sunday on 12-12-2010 and paid Rs 1750 for that and i have promised that it would be installed within 2 days. Even after 5 days nothing is happened. The installation team come to wiring has done their work on 15-12-2010 but service engineer come without the IPTV box and said he will return within 30 minutes but he didn't respond back. From last two days i am chasing the aritel guys for the stautus (Mr Tarun Mishra and his manager Mr Praveen) but they promised me that wait for service engineer in another 30 minutes, But again nothing is done from their side.Also they didn't pick their phone.
Me and my wife have taken off alternatively for the installation as promised by you represnentatives but all got waste. Now i am fed up with the airtel service i want to cancel the connection for which i had applied and i need my money back. Please let me know the formalities.

I also want to complain about your representatives (Mr. Tarun Mishra Mob No.09540485590 and Mr. Praveen Mob No. 09818220625 ) who made wrong promises and does not pick the phone.
