Hello There,

This is in regards to my MTNL Triband Combo 599 (Delhi). My Telephone No. is 25053173. My telephone is not working for more than last 15 days and there is no resolution for the registered complaint. I have registered complaint for my broadband ADSL Modem for unstability of ADSL Connection when my phone was working and CCE told me that we will get your line checked. Thereafter the telephone was got dead after two days of registering complaint for my ADSL.

When I tried to submit the complaint for broadband over the internet it says that broadband facility is not available on this no.broadband connection.

I hereby request you to take immediate action on this issue and bills are coming on regular basis but there is not resolution to complaints.

Dear Sir,

I have been using MTNL for a while now. Lately i have encountered problem in connecting through MTNL Wifi. I have registered a complaint on 1504. They sent somebody and he said that the modem has to be changed but since then nobody paid attention to it. I ahve been regularly following up but the customer care says they can just file tha complain, they are not responsible for execution of the same. I would request you to look into the matter and suggest the next steps of action. I would be highly obliged if appropriate action is taken.

No action has been taken against my complaints. Also the complaint redressal system at MTNL is not adequate, either they don't pick up our calls and neither they pay adequate attension to our complaints. I hereby request you to take immediate action on this issue.

I am very disappointed, as I haven’t received any response from mtnl helpdesk so far. My internet speed (telephone no : 28651646) is still very slow and no action has been taken. It has been more than a week since complaint has been registered for landline no 28651646 but no response at all.
For which I made written complaints for many times ...but my internet speed remain same...please do the needful.

Hi,

I have been facing frequent internet disconnection problem for more than past 2 weeks.
This is highly frustrating as the internet gets disconnected after every 5 minutes and takes more than 15-20 minutes to connect back. Most of the times it does not connect also.


I have registered multiple complaints on 1504 and online as well.
Some of the complaint numbers are: 7321, 6757 and 7065.
Most importantly there is no update regarding any complaint whatsoever and the complaint gets closed without any resolution or intimation.
Every time on contacting the customer care they only say that it will get resolved soon but to no avail. Always a new kind of issue is heard of; either some kind of work is going on in the area or some kind of policy failure.
Even while composing this mail, internet got disconnected 2 twice. For a work that should not take more than 10 minutes, I have to spend 35 minutes.


It is most disappointing to face such problems from a company like MTNL.


I would request you to look into this issue with utmost priority.

I kusum k dadhwal staying in kashish park, thane(w). I have a mtnl internet unltd combo plan with landline phone. My telephone no. is 25832505. I am facing lot of problems with mtnl internet services, speed is very slow and frequently disconnecting problem. Not even able to open my email id.

It is to inform you that I am not getting 2mb speed as per my plan.
It is there requested that the speed of Broadband be GOT CHECKED
